Great experience. New Era stayed in contact with me over the duration of my plan. They cut my credit card collection amounts owed by 30%-50%. New Era cut my monthly credit card payment amount by 30%. They really worked with me to pay off all my credit cards. Instead of making monthly min payments on my credit cards for 30 years I was able to pay less a month and paid off all my cards in less then 5yrs. Customer service is great and my claims representative was very fast at getting back to me when I had questions and staying in contact with me regarding my accounts.
