I love New Era Debt Solutions because they did everything they could to make sure I was successful. Months when I was short or couldn’t make it they adjusted my payments. They kept me up-to-date with any new activity and settlements. They were so easy to work with. They were always very responsive. I would recommend them to anyone struggling to get back on track financially.

Program worked, fees are a little much. But communication was prompt and detailed. Hopefully, won't have to use again, but if in the same situation would contact them for assistance.

Due to circumstances beyond my control, I was at the end of my rope and credit limit and not sure if I would be able to buy food. Though it was humiliating, I called several companies and New Era treated me with dignity and respect. They set up a 4 year plan and I was able to live, and pay back my debt in 19 months! I am thrilled and free!
