This company is the best, they got me through this debt of 23,000 in 3 1/2 yrs. customer service was excellent and very friendly, and they were very eager to jump in and help make sure I was not being harrassed by the companies. Great company to work with. I was initially concerned and confused on selecting a company to help with my debts. However, I couldn't have been more happy with New Era. They were professional and communicated with me throughout my years-long relationship with them. Their debt platform to view and manage my payments and creditors was easy to use. When I had an aggressive creditor who served me, they had a great lawyer who was on it and guided me through the steps to handle it. They have a great team. My debts are all paid now. yay! New Era helped me to become debt free in 4 years. They were sympathetic & worked with me on a monthly payment plan that I could afford. If I didn't have all of my money for the monthly deposit, they would change the date to a day that I would have the money. That happened sometimes because I got paid bi-weekly. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to consolidate your debt.
