This company is wonderful, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. I was feeling strangled by my debt and New Era helped me be free and get my life back...quickly and painless. They thoroughly went over everything with me so I could understand what was best for me and it went so smooth I finished earlier than expected. They have a helpful client portal, and all the staff is super nice and helpful, and will contact you right away when you have questions. I highly recommend New Era... I am beyond happy with the service!!

My wife and I completed the program with New Era about a year ago. I could not he happier with the customer service and the results. Before I started the program I was barely making it with a new baby on the way and a lot of bills to pay. New Era helped manage my payments and settle many of my accounts in only 2 years.

I researched many debt consolidation businesses. New Era was by far the most highly recommended and I can see why. I contacted them in late 2017. They put me on a four year program to get out of debt. With their help and negations with my creditors we were able to get everything paid off in a year and a half. Two and a half years early. I would have never been able to do this on my own and without their help. They have excellent communication with their clients and set up a portal so you can view everything they are doing and how far along you are in the process. Alex looked up my file (Saving me time and giving me CLARITY on how much I owed which was significantly higher than imagined) so he actually recommended I do Chapter 7 Bankruptcy! He could have tried to aggressively upsell me on his services, but Alex thinks in an ethical way and speaks with a refreshing candor that is unusual for this industry.
