Rachel is very knowledgeable about traditional Chinese medicine, she truly listens to her patients and understand their problems, and her diagnoses are very accurate. My son got Covid during the first wave, had a fever and cough for days, then he lost his appetite and stomach upset which lasting for weeks, it didn’t go away with his PCP prescription. We were lucky to find Rachel, through telemedicine (my son lives in another city), my son got the right guidance from Rachel, combined with herbal medicine, point massage and right diet, he recovered very quickly. Today, Rachel is our family health advisor. I highly recommend Rachel.

At first, I was diagnosed that I had endometriosis and endometritis. I had terrible menstrual cramps, lumps of blood, urgency for bowel movement during my period. And my uterus was VERY cold :( according to Chinese medicine. Meeting Rachel was a true blessing! With each acupuncture session I saw an improvement. I went to her practice because of my depression and fibromyalgia (stiffness in the whole body), she is a unique acupuncturist. She is very different from any others Chinese practitioner and Korean practitioner I had before. Her acupuncture technique is wonderful, and she had a unique breathing approach which allows me to release my negative feeling, and build up a better feeling in my mind. I felt better immediately after her initial treatment, I can pick up things on the ground which I couldn't do it before. I highly recommend her to take care of your whole family. She is a great acupuncturist, and she is very caring.

A friend of mine recommended Rachel to me when I first got Covid. At the time there was no Paxlovid available yet. She was able to treat me remotely with Chinese herbal medicine. My symptoms have been relatively mild throughout the treatment. I later had some long Covid symptoms (mainly psoriasis) and she was able to treat with acupuncture as well as some other techniques. I have experiences with other acupuncturists. I have not met one who employs so many different techniques. A friend of mine (in Toronto) also has similar but more severe psoriasis and I mentioned my success with Rachel using Chinese medicine and urged him to find a good Chinese medicine doctor. He replied that he actually went to 5 different Chinese medicine doctors, between Toronto and HongKong and no luck. I am really lucky to have Rachel as my doctor.

Best acupuncturist that I have ever seen. Highly recommend Rachel because I have polymyalgia rheumatica known as PMR it’s bilateral pain in my shoulders and hips. Rachel’s treatment has been the only real relief I have found. Rachel did research on PMR and she is exceptional in her care and tailored treatment.
