This is my first experience receiving acupuncture and holistic treatment with traditional Chinese medicine. I always feel safe and comfortable, and know I am with a wise healer. So far, I have experienced less stress, headaches, and anxiety. I have been able to slowly decrease and eventually get off of my anti-depression medication with success. I have been dealing with significant acne and have been treated with golden needles, herbal medicine, and pearl powder. I have also been treated for shoulder pain. I am so happy to have found New Hope Acupuncture and to have been introduced to natural medicine and healing.

I have an affliction called dupoytrens contracture, which can be relieved by surgery or a chemical treatment, in the past I tried the chemical, which worked for a time, but it came back. After a few visits my finger is almost 100% after a few more I believe it should be healed. Highly recommended

Dr. Shu is a very talented and dedicated acupuncturist. I went to her because I was having a lot of pain and tightness in my calves and feet from chronic PLANTAR FASCIITIS. Also I was dealing with ARTHRITIS in my big toe. These problems persisted for more than 15 years.
Over the years I had worked with many podiatrists and physical therapists as well as a long list of alternative therapists. Nothing I tried helped.
After working with Dr. Shu for 6 weeks my plantar fasciitis is finally healing. I am absolutely thrilled! Now I can get through the day and also take progressively longer walks without pain.

From the moment I walked into the clinic, I felt welcomed and at ease. Junting Shu took the time to listen to my concerns about my chronic shoulder pain, numbness in my arms and fingers, and debilitating migraines. Her attentive and compassionate approach immediately put me at ease.

A great acupuncture experience. Junting was fantastic by really listening to my concerns and developed a plan to target my specific needs at every appointment. My vertigo was instantly better. Every time I left there I felt relaxed and rejuvenated.

I have never felt better! My first visit was because I had tendinitis in my right elbow, I was unable to pick up a glass after that treatment, The pain had decreased enough that I could pick up a glass and after my second visit, I had zero pain. Since then, I have been treated for several other injuries, and after my treatment, I have always felt significantly better. I cannot say enough good things But I do recommend to all of my friends to come and try.

I had never tried acupuncture before, and went to New Hope at the start of the year for persistent tendonitis. Dr. Shu is awesome! Very thorough, makes one feel quite at ease. In just 5 visits over the course of a month, the tendonitis, associated pain and swelling is..almost gone! Junting is very accommodating and really cares about her clients well being. As someone who isn’t too fond of needles she creates a soothing and calm environment. I had been dealing with some neck and shoulder pain that was causing nerve pain down my arm. After a few visits doing acupuncture and cupping the pain has gone away. Highly recommend.

I originally started seeing Dr. Chu for lower back pain and was amazed at the difference. Honestly I wasn’t sure how much it would help, but really do feel so much better. I then got a bad respiratory infection and my ears were so full of fluid, I honestly had trouble hearing anything. After some Chinese herbs and more acupuncture, I felt better quickly. I went to Junting after having an allergic reaction to the contrast dye used for a CT scan I had to have. I was covered in hives and in complete itchy misery. Benadryl wasn't doing much, so I went to Junting for acupuncture and herbs because I'd read that acupuncture could help with this kind of thing and I really needed the itching to stop. By the end of the day of the first acupuncture treatment, the itchiness stopped, and within several days, the redness from the hives cleared up completely. It was such a noticeable improvement and I felt SO much better so quickly. Highly recommend Junting for acupuncture. She's also absolutely lovely and pleasant to be around.

Resolved chronic headaches in 3 weeks

After years of working to resolve chronic headaches I was fortunate to find Juting Shu at New Hope Accupuncture. Following a 3 weeks of intensive (3X/week) treatment I had my first headache free days in many years and have remained headache free now for several weeks. I'm astonished!
