I came to New Hope to deal with my persistent insomnia. I believe the sessions have helped improve my sleep. I still have some bad nights, but I have more good nights than bad these days.

I decided to give acupuncture a try for arthritis in my shoulder area. I'd done PT, and used a heating pad daily with little results. I'd gotten a recommendation to go to New Hope and give it a try. I'm so glad I did. Fangrui Shu is so kind and compassionate and her initial evaluation is the most thorough I've every had. My shoulder discomfort is now very minimal, if at all. And if that wasn't enough, as we age, the multiple nightly trips to the bathroom has decreased, down to once or not at all! I mentioned wanting to lose weight, next thing I know, my cravings are gone, no hunger pains. She is truely remarkable, wish I'd done this sooner.
