I have done a few sessions with Rachel. Every session is a combination of the actual application of acupuncture for me to take home and apply to my daily life. Her treatment has helped me with digestion, anxiety and improved my quality of life. She is very knowledgeable about both eastern and western medicine. I’ve received quality care here. I was introduced to an auricular acupuncture and ear candles session in New Hope acupuncture ,The first visit with such apparatus was relaxing. I felt a current of warmth circulating in my body. I slept very well that night. I am often anxious and stressed and this caused me insomnia, When I visited her again, she went through a very detailed interview and let me understand my inner working mechanism much better. She also discussed some underlying problems that I would not even think of by myself. The needles are not painful. She also added breathing techniques during the acupuncture sessions and I could feel the energy flowing in my body. When I closed my eyes in this relaxing atmosphere, I could see rainbow colors. I started treatment with her at the end of December.  I was having issues with the typical stomach discomfort and stress for most women.  She started me on treatment once a week and her technique is wonderful and painless. After I had my son, I got insomnia very frequently. Melatonin couldn't help, so I had to rely on alcohol to fall and stay asleep. I was very lucky to find Rachel. She gave me some Chinese herbs. Rachel has been my family care Chinese medicine practitioner for quite some time.
I had a chronic cough outbreak every Spring for five years. I don't like to take drugs so I asked Rachel for help. After her initial treatment, I stopped the chronic cough for two weeks. Then with her guidance of acupressure points, the chronic cough stopped in that Spring.
I used to have a severe aversion to cold. In the Spring of 2022, I caught a severe cold, and Rachel gave me a prescription of herbs. Thanks Rachel so much for helping me get out the postherpetic neuralgia. I had shingles in the beginning and didn't get treated successfully and later on, I had severe neurological pain. It is very intense pain, 10/10, with burning and electronic shock pain. I was waken up by the pain every night from 2 to 3 AM, and then I sprayed some pain control medication, and then after one or two hours, I can get some more sleep till 6:30AM or 7AM. Rachel is very amazing. I was introduced to Rachel in Jan 2020 when I was suffering a severe cough for more than two months after a pneumonia. I have visited Rachel several times for my neck and shoulder pain. It was through her I was introduced to Gua Sha and cupping. Though Gua Sha was painful , it highly helped reduce my under lying chronic neck pain . She is very well versed in Chinese Herbal medicine and is very knowledgeable about various other alternate therapy treatments which makes her and her treatments very unique . My mother also visited her when she had sprained her leg and was unable to walk and she was up and running in 1 hour after just one acupuncture sitting. I went to her practice because of my depression and fibromyalgia (stiffness in the whole body), she is a unique acupuncturist. She is very different from any others Chinese practitioner and Korean practitioner I had before. Her acupuncture technique is wonderful, and she had a unique breathing approach which allows me to release my negative feeling, and build up a better feeling in my mind. I felt better immediately after her initial treatment, I can pick up things on the ground which I couldn't do it before. I highly recommend her to take care of your whole family. A friend of mine recommended Rachel to me when I first got Covid. At the time there was no Paxlovid available yet. She was able to treat me remotely with Chinese herbal medicine. My symptoms have been relatively mild throughout the treatment. I later had some long Covid symptoms (mainly psoriasis) and she was able to treat with acupuncture as well as some other techniques. I have experiences with other acupuncturists. I have not met one who employs so many different techniques. A friend of mine (in Toronto) also has similar but more severe psoriasis and I mentioned my success with Rachel using Chinese medicine and urged him to find a good Chinese medicine doctor. He replied that he actually went to 5 different Chinese medicine doctors, between Toronto and HongKong and no luck. I am really lucky to have Rachel as my doctor.

Best acupuncturist that I have ever seen. Highly recommend Rachel because I have polymyalgia rheumatica known as PMR it’s bilateral pain in my shoulders and hips.
