Dr Junting helped us get through the fertility issues this year and we are highly grateful for her support in this journey. My wife had low amh of about 0.5 and my morphology was at 1% only. We also had 3 chemical pregnancy losses in last 2 years and was an emotionally and physically taxing on my wife health. When we consulted Dr Junting, she evaluated our health conditions, especially hormonal health and started treating both of us. My wife started feeling refreshed and grew very confident overall in terms of fertility health. After 2-3 months of weekly treatment we got pregnant and my wife currently with healthy pregnancy at 15 weeks. Looking forward to continuing our journey with Dr Juntjng for the rest of the pregnancy.

I was having hip pain and lower back pain and was looking for all sorts of alternatives. I had tried Chiropractic and had even been to the orthopedist and gotten a Cortizone shot. Then I found New Hope. Miraculously my insurance covered 12 sessions for the year, so I was so excited to be able to try it out. Honestly it has been a life-changing experience. Not only does my hip and lower back feel better but my overall energy and ability to take care of my children and do my job has been much more manageable since I've started these sessions. I go once a week. And look forward to that session. With an healing art form that has been around for 5000 years, resting and letting the needles open up my energy flow has been something that makes so much sense. I can't thank Dr. Shu enough for the positive changes I've experienced after about three months of treatment. I had a bad headache and regular pain killers did not work. After two visits to Dr. Shu, the headache was relieved. During the visit Dr. Shu also pointed out other issues of my body and gave me treatments accordingly. The effect is fantastic.

I have been to Dr. Shu since this summer for my stroke and other issues. Dr. Shu told me it would take a bit of time to recover on the stroke issue on the head. She has been also taking care of my other issues such as sleeping problems at night, shoulder pain, and etc. The most recent issue I would like to share is the floaters in my right eye. I have the 2 big floaters occured overnight. Although my eye doctor told me it was because the age caused, I still have Dr. Shu to give me the treatment. After 2 sessions of acupuncture, I found my floaters shrinking a lot. It was like a miracle to me. I will continue the treatment and hope it will go away soon. I also feel I have gained my energy back since my stroke. This is another thing I would like to share since I started acupuncture with Dr. Shu. I hope I can pass my luck to other people who have similar issues can get help from Dr. Shu.

I was seen for TMJ and anxiety. The results were amazing! It helped my TMJ tremendously. I also suffer from anxiety and was diagnosed at an early age. I have tried a variety of anxiety medications and treatments. New Hope life easier and more managable. I now have minimal anxiety. Very knowledgeable and kind staff. Highly recommended!

I suffer from several chronic issues. Sleep disturbance, bladder issues, GI issues and numbness and pain in my foot. In just 5 visits, I no longer am having incontinence issues. I'm sleeping through the night. The pain and numbness in my foot has lessoned a bit too.

I highly recommend New Hope Acupuncture and Wellness to anyone seeking acupuncture treatment! I had booked an appointment due to neck stiffness, and abdominal pain. I had gone to see a primary care doctor about the stomach pains I was experiencing, and after a panel of tests, they were not able to diagnose the pain or recommend any effective treatment. After one session of meeting with Ms. Shu which consisted of answering some general questions and my first treatment, I felt relief and knew I was in good hands. During subsequent treatments, I have continued to feel relief and the symptoms I was experiencing began to subside. My experience has been excellent from booking to treatment!

I had been suffering with terrible muscle spasms for months. My tried different treatments from my medical doctor, with little relief. Glad I found New Hope. I have a history of sinus issues, and following a bad cold last april, I was dealing with a month long flare up that left me cold, congested, and in lots of pain, anxiety, and fatigue. Within an hour of the first visit, my congestion lightened up significantly. A month later, and my symptoms that were lingering from the cold slowly disappeared. Rachel's technique not only brought about the healing process, but also made it more bearable as each visit would cause immediete relief followed by progressively improved healing.

I've visited other acupuncturists before, and their technique's were painful and uncomfortable, in addition to bearing negligible results. At New Hope, not only do the needles feel comforting, but the results are significant enough where you know for a fact it isn't a placebo.

I had had two episodes of vertigo in addition to my chronic migraines when I reached out to New Hope acupuncture. I had no knowledge about acupuncture or its benefits. Googled the closest acupuncture clinic and ended up here. The doctor was kind enough to accommodate me on the same day and stayed late for my treatment. To my surprise, after just one session, I felt much relief from the constant light-headedness I was experiencing due to the vertigo. After 2 sessions, I have seen a huge improvement with my migraines (I used to get headaches at least once a week, carrying medication around with me). Having seen great benefits, I am continuing with more sessions to alleviate other concerns and to improve my general health. About the doctor; she takes time to listen and then treat. It’s a small little office with neat rooms and a very relaxing ambience.

I went in for lower and upper back pain. I tried massages and cupping elsehwere which didnt help much. After just one session at New Hope I felt like the pain was 90% gone! It felt amazing and Im Looking forward to seeing results from other areas!

Was given New Hope as a recommendation to help with some issues and I've been very surprised. I have sleep apnea and allergies/sinus issues so my sleep and energy have been low for years. After one session here I feel so much better and have been consistently sleeping really well and i definitel have more energy. I also had a few little pains that I told Rachel about and those are feeling better too after 3 sessions.
Rachel is really good. She takes the time to see what she can help you with and does a great job of making you feel better. The sessions are relaxing and beneficial- at least they have been for me. The rest of Rachel's staff is friendly and nice and the scents and music they have in the rooms are soothing and relaxing as well.
Once my initial sessions are done I plan to continue going to New Hope as I think having these sessions will continue to benefit me...
