I was referred to Junting Rachel Shu at New Hope AcuCenter in Acton MA. I had a painful, itchy rash over my entire torso that neither my dermatologist or allergiest could identify or successfully treat. After 24 days of pain I was at the end of my tolerance when a friend referred me to Junting. Not only did she see me on her day off but she asked deep, relevant questions and began her regiment of diagnosing and treatment for what could bring me relief. I have been to other Acuouncture professionals in the past but found Junting to be different, the best description I have for Junting is masterful. I received 50% relief during and after the first treatment and within 4 days the rash is almost gone. I am so thankful to Junting to have my life back. Thank you!!!! I highly recommend her!

Excellent Experience. I went into the office complaining about “lack of energy” and back pain. The Accupuncture therapy and the Chinese Medicinal Herbs seems to have worked really well. I am on the path of well-being. GREAT PATIENT EXPERIENCE. 100% recommend this place of HOPE 🙏

Fangrui is a wonderful acupuncturist, I started to see her because of emotional/mental health issues; and with her assistance I can get through my days with less and less frequent intake of western medication. Also I have lost about 10lb since starting to see her and exercising, as her treatments increased my energy level. She definitely helped me a ton in regards to PMS, no cramping after 1.5 months of weekly treatment. Overall my health has been improved so much thanks to Fangrui! She is very knowledgeable and nice, I will definitely recommend her to anyone :)

Found New Hope acupuncture through google search. Once I read the site, and saw the reviews, I knew it was somewhere I wanted to go. Since day one I began to see improvement. Stomach/digestive issues, fatigue, sleep, on and on the list went. In a month, the list has grown smaller and smaller and improvement all around, including mood. I will continue on this journey of healing and highly recommend to anyone who seeks bettering their health in a positive, professional, unhurried environment.

I have been coming to New Hope Acupuncture for almost 3 months now and I have been so grateful ever since the first visit to have found this place. Working with Dr. Shu has been incredible for me. I have had a hard time with western medicine in the past, which has kept me from receiving help for a lot of things for quite some time. After going through a tough time in my life, I developed, what started as, a small patch of acne in my adulthood. In an effort to clear it up, I went to a dermatologist, which ended up causing the acne to spread from the one patch to my whole face. After working with the dermatologist to clear it up, and seeing it continuously get worse, I gave up and tried remedies on my own with no success. 3 years later, I was still searching for solutions on the internet and acupuncture was a recommended treatment I hadn’t heard of before, so I decided to give it a try....

I've had the most wonderful experience working with Junting Shu. She is knowledgable, understanding, and comforting. I especially recommend her if you have difficulties with needles or acupuncture, as she is very collaborative and will help you find ease through the process. I always leave her office feeling much more relaxed and healthy than when I arrived. The office is tidy and comfortable, she offers acupuncture, herbal, and energetic healing, and all are phenomenal!

I'm very happy to have found new hope acupuncture. I've had three treatments and have seen great improvement in my sleep and my energy. I can also see improvements in my bloating. The treatments are also very relaxing and peaceful. I look forward to continue my treatments and continue improving my health.

Dr. Shu's acupuncture skill is very professional. I had severe neck pain and went to her for help. I can't turn my head to right side, can't look up or back. Dr. Shu gave me acupuncture, and during the acupuncture session, she inserted the needles and asked me to move, and I found I can turn my head to right, look up or back slowly and carefully, and the severe pain was greatly reduced during the session. She used some seed patches later on my hands, and I felt the warmth was going to my neck and shoulder, and I felt so much better even during the session.

She is also very knowledgable and tell me whether my Qi is right or not. After the single treatment, my neck pain is good, and she also told me that my Qi returned to be normal, and I don't need to come to see her again and I can just use exercise to keep my good state.

I have had 4 treatments already and I am amazed!!! I have had several years of acupuncture of and on. This is by far the best! I noticed immediate results for stress and anxiety. I have been suffering with PMR for several years now, and have not gotten any relief from the prednisone that my general practitioner prescribed. But since I have been taking the acupuncture sessions, the pain is greatly reduced, and my mobility has become much better. I highly recommend this treatment. It has done wonders to me. Junting is a very knowledgeable and professional acupuncturist. I went to see her for monthly “maintenance” since February, every time after the treatment, I feel much relieved and very refreshed.
I had RA on my finger joints and after she did an acupuncture treatment, I felt less stiffness in the morning. Once I had stomach discomfort because of eating bad food, after her treatment, I pushed out lots of gas and felt back to normal.
She is also an unusual acupuncturist. She does energy healing together with her acupuncture treatment. She also does Xun (an ancient instrument) and singing bowel healing. Every time when I had acupuncture treatment with her, I saw different healing lights. Dr. Shu is the best acupuncturist and herbalist I have ever seen.
I have visited her clinic for more than 3 months. I have lots of chronic issues including varicose vein, painful legs, chronic fatigue, numbness in my pinky finger, insomnia and prostate problems. After a set of treatments with acupuncture and Chinese herbs, my varicose vein has been so much better, I felt my legs are light and without pain. I can sleep so much better, and my daytime energy is also very good. So far, the numbness in my pinky finger only happens once a week. Urination has also been improved much.

This is my first time ever in my life to do acupuncture. I had a couple of sessions with Dr. Junting. It's really an amazing experience, it's not painful at all！and the treatment effects are unbelievable!
Originally I had lower back pain, chronic fatigue, and chronic constipation (I have bowel movement 1-2 times a week for years). After the initial treatment with Dr. Junting, I started to have regular bowel movement once a day, I can't believe it! now I have lost around 7 lbs without any extra efforts! After the first treatment, I didn't feel lower back pain recently. And from last week, I only sleep around 6-7 hours a day, but still have an energy of 8/10. I highly recommend Dr.Junting! She is simply amazing!
