I am sold! This practitioner is incredible at her craft! She heals you from the inside out! She is highly educated, her bedside is warm, informational and approachable! She is a detailed record keeper, always remembers what was said and done prior visits which is nice! I have never felt more cared for! I have had chronic pain healed in as little as one session! We work on everything from anxiety to sinus congestion and she fixes my issues or gets me closer every single time! I cannot believe I went a whole lifetime without this practice in my life! After 10 years of suffering from Lyme Disease inflammation and pain, think rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia, acupuncture has made me so very much better! After just 4 weeks of treatments I stopped needing to take two very expensive shots every 3 weeks for autoimmune inflammation. After so much time both the disease caused inflammation and treatments had wreaked havoc with much of my organ function, which is now being healed. Dr. Junting Shu and her staff are knowledgeable, sympathetic, upbeat and kind.

I cannot recommend new hope highly enough! I came to them struggling with severe migraines that had been affecting my daily life, I missed work, I had a really hard time with basic tasks. After just a few sessions, I noticed a dramatic reduction in both the frequency and intensity of my migraines. This was my first time trying acupuncture and I was a bit nervous but, I finally have relief I never thought possible.

New hope is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also deeply compassionate, taking the time to listen and tailor each session to my needs. A few months ago, I had severe pain in my head, neck, and right shoulder/arm, with pain levels reaching 8-9 out of 10. Before seeking for acupuncture help, I tried taking painkillers, applying pain relief ointments, and using pain relief patches, but none of them had worked effectively.
Fortunately, upon a friend’s referral, I met Dr. Shu. Starting from the very first acupuncture treatment, my shoulder, neck pain and headache has reduced a lot. After a few acupuncture treatments, my symptoms improved significantly. Although Dr. Shu is young, she is highly experienced, skilled, and attentive — truly a miracle worker.
What surprised me even more is that every time I visited the clinic, regardless of the time, I saw many patients from diverse backgrounds — White Americans, Hispanics, Mexicans, and Indians. There were not only elderly people in their seventies and eighties...

I have been experiencing lower back pain and cramps which radiate into my legs and thighs for a couple years. A friend recommended New Hope Acupuncture. At first l had my doubts if any therapy could be of any help. Finally gave New Hope Acupuncture a try. Wallah! Dr. Shu did wonders after two seasons my pain and cramps are reduced by 90%. We’ve been struggling with my child’s acne for over a year, despite seeing a dermatologist and using medications. Unfortunately, it continued to get worse. However, after starting treatment here, I’ve already noticed a huge difference! Right after the first session, my kid’s skin looked brighter and healthier. The progress has been incredible, and we’re finally seeing improvement. I’m so grateful for the care and attention my child received here. Additionally, my child has also had issues with appetite, and I’ve noticed significant improvement in that area as well. Highly recommend this place for anyone dealing with skin or health issues!

The New Hope Acupuncture is amazing. Junting Shu is the best! She is treating everything. I had several issues which she treated almost immediately and in very fast and creative manner.
I had a car crash and several of my ribs were cracked, so she gave me treatment and the pain disappeared in couple of weeks.
Then I had UTI and it lasts only 1 day after she gave me some herbs and needles.
Also my breathing problems were solved.
Last example was recently: after swimming I’ve got a swimming ear and it disturbed me a lot. I went to the regular doctor and she recommended me some hormones … So I came to Junting and after 1 treatment with needles pain disappeared. And also she gave me some herbs that treated it completely in several days.

I cannot express enough gratitude for New Hope Acupuncture and the incredible care I received. After suffering from sudden hearing loss in my right ear due to a combination of ear, sinus, and bronchitis infections, conventional medicine didn’t seem to offer any solutions. I had 2 problems before I went to acupuncture. One time a severe problem with triggle fingers and the other is my back feel cold from inside in the winter. Western doctor said my back cold feeling is psychological but it is not. I took some Chinese medicine and feel much better now. My trigger fingers on both hand is also getting a big much better but have not get it fully cured. I would recommend people with pain to try alternative medicine and acupuncture should give it a shot.

Fantastic practice. Kind, attentive, and very attuned with individual needs. Was able to focus on multiple different alignments over a span of 6 months - ankle injury, shoulder/neck pain, and torso issues. Would highly recommend and will be going back throughout 2025. Thanks for everything!

I was treated by Dr. Shui for a lingering pain in my side that no one could find an answer for. After one treatment, the pain was gone and did not return! After every treatment, I feel very relaxed and my general wellness has improved. I’m so glad I took the chance on acupuncture, and visited New Hope off the recommendation of a friend. If you are scared of needles, please DONT, you won’t feel them at all, a mosquito bite would be more painful, and so whichever pain you are dealing with…
My husband got severe hiccups (a week non stop hiccups) we tried EVERYTHING without success, I remember I came here a year ago because of some migraines and acupuncture helped me with just the first session, so we decided to try, and once again, the hiccups were gone for good. It’s been a year now since I did the acupuncture for my migraines and I haven’t had not even a mild headache. It’s life changing. Highly recommend, Junting is THE BEST in town.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Shu and the staff at New Hope. After dealing with chronic widespread pain and multiple health conditions for years (joint problems, organ pain, pots, heart palpitations, and ehlers-danlos), acupuncture has made such a difference in my quality of life as it has significantly reduced / taken away my pain. Dr. Shu does a great job at listening to your symptoms, is thorough, and has a gentle touch with needles.

I get constant headaches and backaches from constantly sitting in from of a monitor for my job. I had an amazing experience doing acupuncture for the first time at Dr. Shu's office. I had been suffering from a migraine that lasted over a month—something I'd never experienced before. I recently visited this clinic after recovering from COVID-19. Two days after my fever subsided, I began experiencing severe lower back pain that kept me awake for almost the entire night. The pain was unbearable, so I decided to seek help here, and I’m so glad I did.
The doctor, who is incredibly professional and caring, treated me with great patience and attention. She performed cupping therapy on my lower back, and I immediately felt a sense of relief and relaxation. Following that, I received acupuncture treatment, which significantly reduced the pain and helped me sleep through the night again. While I still feel a little discomfort, the improvement has been remarkable, and I finally feel much better.

I had pain in my left heel for months. Every step I took felt like a sharp pain. Then when I looked up this place I decided to give it a shot. I never had acupuncture treatment before but when the doctor did her treatment I barely felt the needles. She treated my heel, energy levels, apparently I had congestion in my throat and she treated that as well. I can feel a big difference my breathing feels clearer. My left heel after multiple treatments the pain has almost went away and I feel it more mobile. My sleep has gotten better from the treatment aswell, the doctor got me snoring loud in there office 🤣 overall staff is friendly and the doctor really listens to your needs.
