Incana Arborist

Jorge! Thank you for the wonderful work you and your team did yesterday at our house on the trees 🌳 The trees look great and we really appreciate how you cleaned up the lawn, too! It was a total hassle free experience!

They did an excellent job of trimming down several of our trees and squeezed us in to accommodate our schedule. Highly recommend their services!

Jorge came in a timely manner and was professional during his visit for a tree assessment.

Incana Arborist just completed a stump removal project for me today, and I would give them 20 stars if I could! Not only for the stump removal itself, but for the whole experience.

Jorge coordinated an estimate with me for yesterday at 3 PM, and he was here for the appointment at exactly 3 PM. He carefully explained to the process, and answered my questions clearly and patiently.

He estimated a fee that was very reasonable, and to my surprise he had availability the very next morning. And again, he was here at the exact time he promised.

The company has the professionalism of a large corporation (pristine equipment, impressive uniforms, very responsive communication, etc.), yet they also have the charm, wholesomeness and honesty of a small business. It was a pleasure to get to know Jorge and Cecilia, and their company is the only one I will ever...

I live on a wooded lot with a small lawn and patio. I called Incana Arborist for an estimate because, over the years, the trees have grown to encroach over my firepit and roofline and what little lawn I have was not getting enough light. Jorge came and identified trees to be pruned and some to be removed to solve these problems. He also gave me a few pruning tips.
Jorge came back with his crew to do the work. Then they cleared away the debris, raked, tidied up with a leaf blower, and shredded it all. No damage was done to surrounding shrubs and trees. They are coming back in a few days to grind stumps.
The yard looks great - so much brighter. My lawn and ornamental trees will get the light they need to thrive.
The price was reasonable and well worth it to have someone with his knowledge and experience. I appreciate their skill and professionalism, and they were all...

Thoughtful assessment of tree health, and very reasonable quote. Got a tricky tree out quickly and cleanly.

Jorge was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We were grateful to find a climbing arborist because our fence would have had to have been cut down for a bucket truck to get to the trees. This saved us energy and money. We just had a large storm and for the first time in years didn’t have any large branches fall. After working in the trees, Jorge and his crew also left our yard looking great - you would have never known what all they cut down. Can’t recommend him and his team enough!

I am beyond pleased with the services of Incana Arborist. I had known of Jorge for years and there was no question which company I would choose when the time came. Jorge is extremely knowledgeable about not just tree trimming and removal, but most importantly, tree health. I have an enormous tree (5 ft trunk diameter!) in my back yard that I love and want to keep it healthy and thriving. The skill of the climbing was impressive, and everything was done exactly as planned. The clean up afterwards was so thorough. My yard has never been so clean!
I will most definitely come back to Incana Arborist for future needs and would highly recommend them.

Incana recently removed about 12 trees, mostly large pines near my house. Jorge was easy to deal with, a good listener and we resolved issues quickly and fairly. He helped me decide what to cut and what not to cut based on finances, risk to property, and effects on the remaing trees including a valuable line of magnolias. Jorge and his foreman seemed to understand how trees grow and how they should be managed. They cleaned up every night and left the place looking good. His crew was young but competent, careful and hard working. All of the equipment was in good shape and the men had all the necessary tools. I suspect Incana is a relatively new business. Perhaps that's why they worked so hard. In any case, they will be back this winter to straighten some redbuds.

I highly recommend Jorge and this company. They helped remove a huge tree stump, grinder it, and trimmed trees over our house that was probably 30 feet over the chimney. Experts in every way.

The price was good for us and they made it easy for us. (Tried to upload pictures but it didn’t work).

The Incana team was Incredible! They were very safe, knowledgeable and professional, I had my trees completely on my house and it caused problems with my roof, I thought I had to take it down, but Jorge Grafton came over and told me it just needed a bit of trimming, makes me so happy that my trees are smiling again, thanks Incana!

If I could give 6 stars I would! My realtor recommended Incana and I'm so thankful she did. From the first visit to evaluate the trees, all the way to the last visit to grind the stumps, Jorge was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. They were on time, communicative, and left my property even better looking than I expected. I'm glad to have the dead trees gone so they're not a danger to our home and I'm thankful for a professional that knew what he was doing. I even asked more questions in the middle of them trimming (bad homeowner, I know...) but Jorge was patient with me and gave me good advice to keep the tree in question healthy, allowing us to keep more of the trees. If you need trees maintained, I can tell you, there is no question - Incana is the company you want to help you.

Icana Arborist remove multiple dead and live trees along my driveway. They showed up when they said they would and did an excellent job. Will definitely use them again!

Our experience with Incana has been wonderful, and we have now used them twice over a number of years.
They come early, they work hard, and if necessary they return on a second day to finish cleanup.
Seeing how thorough and professional they are, their prices are quite reasonable.
In addition, they are personable, willing to answer questions, and open to discussing a homeowner's concerns or preferences.
We highly recommend their services.

This was our first time working with Incana Arborist. We are very happy with the work completed by Jorge and his team. We chose them for their expert approach to the care and assessment of our trees. Jorge is great to work with; very generous with information and advice and we did not feel rushed as we were taking our initial walk-through. We greatly appreciate that and his genuine respect for the land and trees. We will work with them again for future maintenance of our property.

These guys are so nice and professional as well as reasonable. They gave me an estimate and were here less than a week later to do the job. I would highly recommend them!

We had Incana Arborist out to assess the trees around our house. He and his crew trimmed the trees over our house, added a cable to one tree to give it added strength for our hurricanes, removed three other trees, and grind up a large stump next to our driveway. They even mulched up a lot of the material so I could use it around the garden. They had all the equipment you would expect from a big operation (bucket truck, and all the harnesses) however they are still a small local business with the owner being the team lead arborist. I work remotely and have meetings throughout the day. They were prompt/early when they said they would start the work and they were always respectful of my meetings. Additionally, they cleaned the areas they worked in after they were complete. We will certainly have them out again in the future if we need other tree work.

The crew did exactly what I asked to be done which included tree removal, tree limb removal and general clean-up. I have had a lot of tree work done before, and I would rate this work as the very best. The price was reasonable for the amount of work done. I was especially pleased that Grafton physically checked on the finished project.

Amazing service, safe patient very knowledgeable.

These guys are awesome! Very professional and so kind.
They took down a huge red oak that was hit by lightning last year. Sadly it died so it had to go.

Incana Arborist did an excellent job trimming several trees on our property that were rotting or could have become dangerous during future storms. The crew was professional, thoughtful, and did great work from start to finish. The owner was very personable and even followed up afterward to make sure everything went well. Highly recommend!

Prompt, Professional and Precise....
Jorge came to my rescue after I cut off more than I could manage. I started to cut down an elm tree on my own. Not a super great idea! Jorge answered immediately and completed the job before it got out of hand. I'd recommend Jorge and Incana Arborist for all your tree needs! Thanks Jorge!!!

These professionals were right on time, went right to work and did an awesome job. We will definitely call them if we need more trees taken down.

I had Incana come out to survey 2 trees that were damaged. Jorge came out and after assessment, he recommended having them taken down. He, Nazar, and the team took down (2) 90+ foot tall trees, chipped all of the limbs, and grounded the stumps in a day and a half. He even sectioned and stacked some wood for me and ground an existing stump. From the initial visit to the completion of the work I was beyond impressed! In a saturated market, Incana is the only choice! Very impressed.

Jorge and his team were great! Very professional. They had quality equipment and safety gear! Clean up after the trees were removed was excellent! Price was very good for the work completed!

Jorge was timely and very professional. He completed the work on time and cleanup was great. I highly recommend.

I saw Incana (Jorge) at my neighbor's house. I called the number on the truck and left a message.... he called back almost right away. That was my first impression and what a wonderful way to do business! After meeting and speaking with him about trees it was clear to me that he was the man for the job. A short time later Jorge and his crew were here at my house. The job was done really well, nothing went wrong and the trees look great! He removed one and trimmed 3. It was a real privilege to watch him climb and do his thing. We talked about trees, and its crystal clear he knows what is best and how to advise his clients. The ground crew he brings is also really good at leaving nothing behind and cleaning up really nicely. I would, without a doubt, use Jorge again and would also highly recommend him and his team of kind people. Jorge himself is a very smart, well spoken man that knows...

We have used Incana Arborist repeatedly for years. They have saved a number of our trees. Reliable & Professional plus just good people.

We've had trees removed several times, but Incana did the best job of any. We had a very old, large tree that was leaning further and further over that needed to go. When they were finished, you would never had known the tree was there. It looked so nice!

Jorge and his team were great. Fair price and excellent work. I couldn’t recommend them more.
