Incana Arborist

This was our first time working with Incana Arborist. We are very happy with the work completed by Jorge and his team. We chose them for their expert approach to the care and assessment of our trees. Jorge is great to work with; very generous with information and advice and we did not feel rushed as we were taking our initial walk-through. We greatly appreciate that and his genuine respect for the land and trees. We will work with them again for future maintenance of our property.

These guys are so nice and professional as well as reasonable. They gave me an estimate and were here less than a week later to do the job. I would highly recommend them!

We had Incana Arborist out to assess the trees around our house. He and his crew trimmed the trees over our house, added a cable to one tree to give it added strength for our hurricanes, removed three other trees, and grind up a large stump next to our driveway. They even mulched up a lot of the material so I could use it around the garden. They had all the equipment you would expect from a big operation (bucket truck, and all the harnesses) however they are still a small local business with the owner being the team lead arborist. I work remotely and have meetings throughout the day. They were prompt/early when they said they would start the work and they were always respectful of my meetings. Additionally, they cleaned the areas they worked in after they were complete. We will certainly have them out again in the future if we need other tree work.

The crew did exactly what I asked to be done which included tree removal, tree limb removal and general clean-up. I have had a lot of tree work done before, and I would rate this work as the very best. The price was reasonable for the amount of work done. I was especially pleased that Grafton physically checked on the finished project.

Incana Arborist did an excellent job trimming several trees on our property that were rotting or could have become dangerous during future storms. The crew was professional, thoughtful, and did great work from start to finish. The owner was very personable and even followed up afterward to make sure everything went well. Highly recommend!

Jorge came to my rescue after I cut off more than I could manage. I started to cut down an elm tree on my own. Not a super great idea! Jorge answered immediately and completed the job before it got out of hand. I'd recommend Jorge and Incana Arborist for all your tree needs! Thanks Jorge!!!

These professionals were right on time, went right to work and did an awesome job. We will definitely call them if we need more trees taken down.

I had Incana come out to survey 2 trees that were damaged. Jorge came out and after assessment, he recommended having them taken down. He, Nazar, and the team took down (2) 90+ foot tall trees, chipped all of the limbs, and grounded the stumps in a day and a half. He even sectioned and stacked some wood for me and ground an existing stump. From the initial visit to the completion of the work I was beyond impressed! In a saturated market, Incana is the only choice! Very impressed.

I saw Incana (Jorge) at my neighbor's house. I called the number on the truck and left a message.... he called back almost right away. That was my first impression and what a wonderful way to do business! After meeting and speaking with him about trees it was clear to me that he was the man for the job. A short time later Jorge and his crew were here at my house. The job was done really well, nothing went wrong and the trees look great! He removed one and trimmed 3. It was a real privilege to watch him climb and do his thing. We talked about trees, and its crystal clear he knows what is best and how to advise his clients. The ground crew he brings is also really good at leaving nothing behind and cleaning up really nicely. I would, without a doubt, use Jorge again and would also highly recommend him and his team of kind people. Jorge himself is a very smart, well spoken man that knows...

We have used Incana Arborist repeatedly for years. They have saved a number of our trees. Reliable & Professional plus just good people.

We've had trees removed several times, but Incana did the best job of any. We had a very old, large tree that was leaning further and further over that needed to go. When they were finished, you would never had known the tree was there. It looked so nice!

Incana Arborist did great work! We had several large trees that needed to be trimmed. Jorge provided an itemized quote, communicated well, and cleaned up the yard nicely after completing the work. The price was very reasonable for the quality of work, and the work was done in a thoughtful way to preserve the health of our trees. We will definitely use Incana again.
