I had Incana come out to survey 2 trees that were damaged. Jorge came out and after assessment, he recommended having them taken down. He, Nazar, and the team took down (2) 90+ foot tall trees, chipped all of the limbs, and grounded the stumps in a day and a half. He even sectioned and stacked some wood for me and ground an existing stump. From the initial visit to the completion of the work I was beyond impressed! In a saturated market, Incana is the only choice! Very impressed.

I saw Incana (Jorge) at my neighbor's house. I called the number on the truck and left a message.... he called back almost right away. That was my first impression and what a wonderful way to do business! After meeting and speaking with him about trees it was clear to me that he was the man for the job. A short time later Jorge and his crew were here at my house. The job was done really well, nothing went wrong and the trees look great! He removed one and trimmed 3. It was a real privilege to watch him climb and do his thing. We talked about trees, and its crystal clear he knows what is best and how to advise his clients. The ground crew he brings is also really good at leaving nothing behind and cleaning up really nicely. We have used Incana Arborist repeatedly for years. They have saved a number of our trees. Reliable & Professional plus just good people.

We've had trees removed several times, but Incana did the best job of any. We had a very old, large tree that was leaning further and further over that needed to go. When they were finished, you would never had known the tree was there. It looked so nice!

Incana Arborist did great work! We had several large trees that needed to be trimmed. Jorge provided an itemized quote, communicated well, and cleaned up the yard nicely after completing the work. The price was very reasonable for the quality of work, and the work was done in a thoughtful way to preserve the health of our trees. We will definitely use Incana again.

We had a wonderful experience with Incana! They were very responsive to the request to for an estimate and spent a ton of time explaining all the options to us so that we would understand and feel comfortable. The work was also super quick! They completed all the tree trimming in the backyard along with removal of a large tree in the front in less than a day. One of the crew members even took care of a copperhead snake they found in the backyard!!

Incana did a terrific job on our magnolia and other shrubs that sorely needed shaping and pruning. And they were proactive in taking care of small things we didn't notice and flexible when we asked for more. All at a reasonable price.

I can't say enough good about Incana Arborist. They are prompt, courteous, efficient and, perhaps most importantly, VERY respectful of property. They return the environment better than they found it, not to mention that they are very knowledgeable about their work. They know trees, their diseases, their health and try to the extent possible to do what is necessary to salvage rather than cut. Incana Arborist came on-site at the agreed-upon time and worked expediently to complete the work. I noted especially each team member’s attention to detail, adherence to all safety procedures, including proper use of safety gear and equipment as well as care for the safety of each member. They thoroughly and expertly performed professional pruning of our large white ash. They also brought a team of pesticide applicators to treat for emerald ash borer in an effort to prevent borers from damaging the tree. Jorge Grafton Obando is a good communicator, so everything occurred at the times we had scheduled. I highly recommend this professional team for any arborist-related needs!
