There are many positive things to be said about this company. The immediate response time was outstanding. I called and they arrived within an hour to investigate the damage. Work began a few days later. The damage was cleaned up in one day, and then Floyd came on his daily visits to track the moisture numbers.

While not every call was returned in a timely fashion, I was able to get a satisfactory outcome to my concerns. The employees and the boss at this company are all very professional.

I will definitely use them again if another issue arises.

Apparently, the job got done. I thought the price was a bit high I would have appreciated seeing after pictures as the work was done in the crawl space. NV Water and Fire was quick to respond and the staff were very professional.

They were very quick to respond and got me an estimate right away. Everyone I worked with through the process was very professional and helpful.

Garrett was absolutely incredible. He was very attentive to detail. He came and walked thru my unit with me the 2nd time it flooded based on a backup of my condo building. He highlighted the areas that would be affected and explained everything that they would ve doing in detail. He was very good qith communication and understood the constraints of my property. The removal was done in an incredibly fast duration and very well executed. I would use this company again if ever in this situation again and ask for Garrett by name to be in charge of the job. Nevada Water and Fire Restoration was referred to us by our plumber. We later learned that they are highly regarded by our insurance company also. Jacob responded within a couple hours of my call to access the damage and provided an estimate for the work. We agreed to it and a cleanup crew was out first thing in the morning to begin the task of removing the materials from under our house where a substantial leak was discovered. They worked quickly and closely with our plumber to get him access to the repair the leak, and then monitored the drying of the area affected by the water spillage. They communicated daily as the work progressed and worked around our schedules to complete it as soon as possible. I had a water leak in my crawl space, which needed drying out and a new moisture barrier. They came out the next day with an estimate and the following day to start the drying out process. When they completed it and left, I saw something on the moisture barrier I felt needed additional work. I called and they said they would be out the following week which was fine as it wasn't crucial.

I am very happy with the folks at Nevada Water and Fire. We came home from visiting family to find a busted water pipe and a flooded master bedroom and bath. They removed the carpet and and got rid of the mold quickly and efficiently. They removed anything that might cause us trouble later in the house and under the house. Thanks Nevada Water and Fire.

What a life saver this company is. I was out of town and arrived home at 10:00 PM to find a water connection in the master bathroom had been pouring out water like a garden hose for quite some time. I called them at that late hour and within 45 minutes 2 gentlemen showed up and started vacuuming up the water in my home plus putting furniture on waterproof supports to get them up off the soggy carpet and assisted in emptying out my china hutch to put the hutch on dry supports too. The next day Nevada WATER & FIRE had 2 adjusters come out, they arrived at the time specified, to give me the details of what would be happening in my home for the next few days and answered all my questions. For the next several days the restoration crew showed up, was very respectful, removed the damaged carpet, drywall, under the house insulation and duct work. They also assisted in moving the...
