The information provided was excellent in terms of what they were going to do. The water restoration service was excellent because it was prompt; the knowledge of management from the owner, project manager, site supervisor and workers were excellent; the professionalism displayed was unsurpassed because management moved the project along and the workers completed the work in an expeditious manner. I can't say enough about how impressed I was with the overall job.

These folks are phenomenal. I worked with Mike, Joey, and Garrett, and all of my interactions with them were efficient, professional, and respectful. Remediation isn't cheap, but with these guys you (or your insurance) get your money's worth!

I used this company in the spring when I was selling a house and we had water damage under the house. They were so fast to respond and had the entire job done in one week and when the inspector came out we had a clear and it saved the deal. Fast forward to now and I have a client whose condo had a flood. The company that was the preferred vendor for the insurance came out within hours of the disaster and refused to help and wrote a false report that there was no damage and left my client high and dry. Due to that the damage went from category 1 to category 3. I called this company and Jake jumped on it right away. He held my clients hand and fought for her against the insurance company and even though they gave push back and tried to deny the claim he wouldn’t take that for an answer. There was water damage to carpet, ceiling and wall of our house. Garrett responded in a very timely manner. Joey, Mike and other team members finished the mitigation process in a very professional and friendly way. It was a job well done.

I had one of those things happened I always feared. A burst pipe and needing to have my main water shut off. It happened Sunday so I waited until Monday to call initially, Jolly Rooter. When I called in I was told they would not be able to help until Thursday, but the person I spoke to was great and recommended TWP as well as giving them a heads up about me calling. I was set up with Adán. Him and his associate were an absolute pleasure to work with. This company is great. We've had two major water leaks damaging our kitchen and garage walls. Chris has been masterful in coordinating the claims with the insurance company and keeping us fully in the loop regarding scheduling the work. Also Mike & Brett who handle the equipment used in drying and mold mitigation have been responsive and positively involved during this time. Joey, who led the crew having to extensively take apart the damaged floors, countertop and cabinets did careful and thorough work and cleaned up their work area daily. If you are in need of a remediation company, we highly recommend Nevada Water and Fire.

This company did a fantastic job of restoring my kitchen due to water damage.From day one, they packed up my kitchen and began demolition, mold cleanup and I am now ready for construction to do their part. Chris is an energetic leader who kept me apprised of everything and in communication with the ins co. I did not have to do a thing. Mike is an extremely kind man too. Kudos to all!

We’ve now worked with Fire and Water twice, and while having multiple major leaks isn’t any fun, W&F has been great to work with both times. From the start, they are prompt and sent someone out same day to look at the damage. The first time we worked with them, they helped me navigate a home insurance claim. The second time, when it wouldn’t be covered by insurance, they listened to our concerns about price and we worked on a scope of work that fit in our budget and fixed the major issue. I joked with Jake, our Project Manager both times that I hoped we wouldn’t need his help in the future, but he was great to work with during hard times in our house!

My husband and I were/are extremely pleased and satisfied with the workers from Nevada Water & Fire Restoration! We were amazed watching Christopher and his team set up the drying tents, etc. Great teamwork!!! The project manager Kyle, came by to survey our water damaged areas and was very professional and had a warm personality. Being my first insurance claim I had a lot of questions and he was very patient and thorough in explaining their services and my options and how the claims process works between my insurance and them.

Not only was the quote prompt, but the very next day at my earliest convenience Jesse and Alex came to set up the site and begin the restoration process. They were also very professional and polite - with an outstanding spirit of service.
