Awesome job! We had water leaks, insulation wet and falling down and a mouse infestation. It was a muddy stinking mess and now it is clean, dry and looks wonderful. The cleanup included pulling all the insulation out from under the house and replacing the moisture barrier, it was a a big job in a small working space. They are not cheap but definitely earned their money, not a job I would want to have to to.

Nevada Fire & Water Restoration was AMAZING to work with. They were extremely responsive and very quick with communicating. The team walked us through everything that was going to have to be done and executed it perfectly. The project manager, Jake, even walked us through our insurance claim and took over communication with our insurance adjuster to make sure we got exactly what we needed done. His customer service was phenomenal. He also had a great team of guys working with him. They were very friendly and I was comfortable having them in my home. I would highly recommended Nevada Water & Fire Restoration as a business to anyone that asks!

My project manager, Kyle, has been very responsive and helpful through out this whole process. He’s been fantastic about working with my insurance company and made something that was really intimidating a lot less scary.
The crew that came and demoed my house, Mike, Adam, and Matt were all fantastic. They were positive and were very polite and professional. They treated me, my animals, and house with respect. Again, as a single woman, this has been such a daunting process but Mike and his team were really kind and did their work well. It’s made all of this tough process much better.
I would absolutely recommend this company to the people I care for, should they ever need it.

Kyle, Floyd and the team at Nevada Water & Fire were awesome! They came out quickly to assess our home, were kind, knowledgeable, helpful, flexible with scheduling and made sure our insurance company got all the information they needed. When they did make a mistake they were quick to rectify it. I would absolutely recommend them!

Wow. Nevada Fire & Water took a horrible situation & managed to turn it into a great experience. Chris & his staff were so professional, knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate & responsive. Discreet as possible, they set up & took care of the Mold within a few hours, contacted the appropriate follow up persons & left necessary equipment. I've used "the other company" before & I have to say, probably because of Chris, I prefer Nevada Water & Fire. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The entire crawl space of my home was flooded. I was referred to Nevada Water and Fire Restoration. I called immediately and spoke with Kyle. Kyle and his team, Mike and Richard arrived early the next morning, explained what needed to be done and started work immediately. After my water heater flooded most of the first floor of my house these guys were recommended to me by my plumber. They had a technician, Jake, out same day to assess the damage. The next day a crew of three (Billy, Matt, and Tom) showed up and got to work. Everyone worked quickly and professionally and were more than willing to answer questions about the process. One more name to mention is Floyd who picked up all the equipment and was just as personal and informative. This is a great service, especially if insurance covers the bill, and I would recommend Nevada Water & Fire to my friends.

I highly recommend this company. From beginning of the job right up to the end they had my back. Their receptionist/dispatcher (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) who answered my call was friendly, understood my problem, and was able to schedule an evaluation right away. Jake evaluated the issue and was with me the whole way. He answered my call right away or called me right back each time. He communicated with my insurance company, and helped me understand the process an implications. Excellent professionalism, and very personable.
Jessie and Alex arrived right on time and didn't waste a second getting the equipment set up to drain the water, dehumidify and dry out the wet areas. They too were very professional.
I especially want to express my appreciation to Floyd who kept an eye on the project by coming to the house every day (except Sunday) to check the process....

We had hot water pipe burst issues that impacted our crawl space, subfloors, and floors. Jake did an awesome job evaluating the damages and planning the next steps to restore our home. Tyler was the team lead and he was a pleasure to deal with and did a great job explaining the fine details when needed. Thank you both for taking care of our home

Service was great Jacob was informative and helpful we had a good few teams come in to work all were extremely kind and trustworthy Jesse and Loyd were the main two I talked most with both were so helpful and respectful. Everything was great! Jacob did all the talking for us with insurance and kept us informed every step of the way.
