Nevada Water and Fire Restoration

As a plumbing contractor, when I have a customer with water damage the first thing I do is call these guys! They answer the phone 24/7 and are ready to come and help out my customers. They are very good at what tey do and have great communication skills. They are professional and can be trusted to do the best restoration job possible in your time of need.

This is the second time I needed clean up due to water damage this year. Nevada Water & Fire Restoration is amazing. I was lucky enough that Mike and his crew handled the issues both times. He has always been timely, conscientious, polite and has always respected my property. I highly recommend this company, and if you have a chance to request Chris as the project manager along with Mike and his team you will be very pleased with the results! I couldn't be happier!

We were very happy with the service provided from Nevada Water & Fire Restoration. I wish I remembered everyone’s name. There were several who came to my house from start to finish. They were thorough and explained everything they were doing as they went. It took a full week to dry out the crawlspace and replace the vapor barrier. The laborers were punctual and certainly knew what they were doing. Truly a pleasure to work with.

Estimates were fast and professional. Work was completed and mold eradicated.

They responded when other companies didn't want to come out to the "boonies" of Lovelock. They provided detailed pictures of work to be done. They were prompt, kept me up to date on work being done, and completed it in a timely fashion.

I recently had need of their services again with cleanup in the crawlspace due to mice infestation. They responded immediately; came out within a few days and quickly cleaned up the area. I would highly recommend them.

It was dire that we remove sewage and restore services to several of our members in a building. They were able to take care of everything and corrdinate with the Plumber within hours of being called. I will definately be using these guys again.

I had a leaking pipe in the wall between my kitchen and bathroom. They removed the damaged flooring and drywall then treated the affected area to prevent mold or bacteria then referred me to an excellent contractor for the build back. They made the best of a bad situation.

Recommended by Silver State Plumbing when our water heater failed just before Thanksgiving. Crew came out, explained the process and completed work on time as promised.

This company was fantastic to work with. Someone was at my house for an inspection less than an hour after I called and I had a quote that same day. Then clean up was scheduled for the next day and only took a few hours, they were professional and kept the rest of my house clean with runners. They left fans to dry the area, someone checked them daily until the area was completely dry.

I hope we never have water damage again, but if we do, I definitely will be using this company again.

I was impressed with this company. Jake came right out and diagnosed the damage. A team was sent out immediately to remediate the water flooding our lower level. Tyler and his team were professional and diligent to get our home dry again. Tyler explained the process and the steps needed to proceed to the next step. He called every morning to notify us of their expected arrival time. Very glad I called them.
