Nevada Water and Fire Restoration takes their job seriously! They arrived within 45 minutes of our call and helped us take care of the water damaged areas immediately.

This is a great team. Very professional and helpful in a very stressful time for us. We had a pipe break and our crawl space flood. They held our hands through every step of the way including how to file claims with our insurance company. Jonathan, our project manager was so kind and helpful. Floyd came to check on our home during remediation process even while we were out of town. Adam and crew did great work as well. Just a pleasure to work with this whole team!

They responded to our flooded home and got to work quickly. Jake was fantastic to work with during this emergency. The wet item removal process and drying should have occurred sooner - a combination of negligence on behalf of our HOA and the fray of the emergency could have been to blame for the oversight

After a hiccup by the first crew. Garrett got a crew out the next day to make everything right. They installed a vapor barrier in my crawl space. It looks great and it is all installed properly.

I had water damage in my laundry room and used NV Water and Fire Restoration for remediation. The staff was always very professional and updated and educated me along the way. Garrett, our project manager, was outstanding! He was very responsive, made himself available for questions, and helped me navigate various issues that cropped up along the way. He also worked directly with my insurance company…which was very helpful and took some weight off my shoulders. His assistance was invaluable and much appreciated.

These guys did an awesome job. Came out immediately to pump out the water fro m under our house and kept coming back with every set of workers until the final solution of a sump pump could be installed. Employees were all very nice and respectful of our home. Great company to deal with!

I have to thank everyone that came out to my home! I called on a Sunday and Garrett was there on Monday. He was professional and informative. He talked me through what needed to be done and worked directly with my insurance company. I would like to personally thank Will, Sean and Alexander for their hard work. They were like having family in my home. They are exceptional young men! Also, thank you to Floyd, he comes everyday to follow up and keeps me updated. I have to say, I was so overwhelmed with the water and mold situation but from the first visit I was taken care of with professionalism, compassion and a job well done.

Nick and his crew are extremely professional and worked very hard to get our home cleaned up and ready to get put back together. I can’t thank these guys enough for taking the time to explain the process and answer all of my questions. Even if they were small questions, they showed they cared and helped me understand what it would take to safely clean our home. After the ultra-heavy snowstorms this past winter (2022), we had significant water damage inside our home from leaks and ice dams. After a couple of calls, we chose NV Water & Fire. They were spectacular in responding and performance. Jake came out within a couple of days, submitted his quote, and had Adam and his crew on-site the next week. Adam's team worked hard and thoroughly to remove any and all areas damaged by moisture.
Adam & crew were very professional, knowledgeable (and shared that knowledge), extremely hard-working, trustworthy, and pleasant. Adam's team did what they said they were going to do, and when they were going to do it.
Jake took the worry and burden of dealing with the insurance company off our shoulders.

Was very impressed by how fast the response was and the priority given to us in light of many other simultaneous jobs ongoing. The team on the ground (literally - in our crawl space) was very diligent, courteous, and professional. Garrett and Joey did a great job keeping commitments, even when there were extenuating circumstances and I felt like this was a company staffed by a team that not only cared, but was willing to go the extra mile when necessary. And most importantly, the remediation work was done with high quality and passed an independent industrial hygienist inspection the first time. From the time we called until the inspector's "all clear" cert was issued was only about 10 days for a 1700 sq ft house and knowing that a team was in here all day every day for 5 straight days helped reinforce that they were giving our project a level of extra urgency and...

Once we called the team at Nevada Water & Fire Restoration, they were on it immediately and kept us informed all through the process. From packing us out, drying it out, and completing the remediation we were kept in the loop as to what was being done to help get us back into our home.
