Nevada Water & Fire Restoration did some work at one of my buildings recently that had water and sewage issues. I got to meet several of their techs and someone from their office. They were all friendly and great to work with. Their service techs were punctual and got the work done quickly but not too quickly. They did quality work. Im happy with their work and everything else and would use them again for sure

Garrett and team were so considerate and thorough in cleaning up our surprise hot water mess that included a fair amount of damage in the crawlspace and a couple rooms. Nevada water and fire restoration did an excellent job removing the debris, treating the framing to remove the smoke smell, and winterizing our home. They were very detailed in itemizing our belongings. Most of all they were professional, kind, empathetic, and supportive. They handled our belongings with such care. Every item was cleaned, packaged and wrapped individually. I hope no one ever experiences a fire or water damage, but if you do, i highly reccommend nevada water and fire.

Nevada Water and Fire Restoration is one of the "Best" companies around. Upon contacting them on a recent water damage caused to my home, they sent a person out in less than an hour. Upon his inspection to access what was needed, he contacted his office and got a "team" to the home to begin the restoration within a couple hours. That quickness, greatly reduced the damage that had been caused and my Insurance inspector was pleased that they had done to job and their work was excellent. They are a company and a group of workers that one can "trust" and have great confidence that they are going to do the best job that can be done. My Thanks to them!

Speedy professional service in an emergency situation after a valve leak in the kitchen. There was a slight issue but they acknowledged responsibility and took corrective action to make everything right. We are completely satisfied and would use NV Water & Fire if needed in the future. I had water damage from a flood in my house and Chris was my first point of contact, he always answered my calls and got the ball rolling right away. The next person of contact was Patrick who headed up the pack up of all my furniture and personal belongings and return of everything at the end of the process.

As a young homeowner finding a leak in my closet was one of the worst things to happen. I didn’t know where to start. We are sharing our fantastic experience with Nevada Water & Fire Restoration. We had a master bathroom water damage that caused a sagging floor and water in the crawl space. But the Nevada Water & Fire Restoration team came to the rescue and did an incredible job restoring the damage caused by the water.

The project manager, Chris, was incredible. He provided an accurate and fair estimate of the remediation work and coordinated the remediation smoothly. Brandon, Pete, Daniel, and DJ were a vital part of the remediation process and did an excellent job removing the floor's damaged part and eradicating the mold. Floyd came in daily to check on the fans and dehumidifiers daily and made adjustments as needed. Later, Jake, Freddy, and Alexander placed a new vapor barrier perfectly.

It was between Christmas and New Years when I saw that not only did I have yet another leak under my house but the pipe to the septic system was broken. Looked like it had been that way for at least 10 days. I say that because I could see the crystals for the septic treatment I had done 10 days prior. I called a plumber, knowing they wouldn’t do anything until the sewage was cleaned up, but hoping they would know who I could call. I was given the number for Nevada water and Fire Restoration. I can’t remember the name of the gentleman I spoke with but he was so calm when I was speaking with him about the problem. He told me he had a crew in Fallon, I believe, and that as soon as they finished up there he would send them to my house. I was SO surprised that they would be able to send someone the same day I called. I thought I would have to wait a week at least.
