I am the Community Director of Vintage at Citi Vista. We are a senior complex and had an emergency flood that displaced 4 of our residents. During this process we received absolutely the best professional, friendly, accommodating service from all of the employees of Nevada Water & Fire that tended to our issues. I wish I could remember all their names to give them credit.

Brandon the Project Manager handled our remediation in a timely manner. The crew worked hard and were very polite, respectful, and patient when dealing with the staff as well as my elderly residents. They explained everything to us and the residents and accommodated them in any way they could to make this process the least stressful on them as possible. They even handled relocating our residents to new units in the fastest moves I’ve seen.

The technicians sent to handle our needs were amazing.. Daniel and Brad were great and Eric, who I only saw for about 2 minutes when he and Daniel came to pick up the last of the equipment, was very funny and charming in

NV Water & Fire knows what they’re doing and knows how to get the job done. I didn’t know what steps to take with a water heater that flooded our garage. We gave NW&F a call on a Sunday, and they were out immediately. They dealt with our insurance and lined up the plumber. They even left us a small water heater loaner. (Thank the Lord) We didn’t have to do anything, NV Water & Fire did all the work. Thank you for all your hard work and super friendly staff! This has been a long road, and I’m going to miss seeing their happy faces. Thank you again for everything!

We are still in the recovery process, and based on our experiences with Nevada Water & Fire, we want to let them know how impressed we are with them, their level of expertise, communications and work ethic. As a retired Navy Chief, I recognize discipline, order, teamwork and commitment when I see it. The knowledge and communications with their two technicians, their management and office staff and their individual level of knowledge was impressive.
They showed up around the within an hour or so of our call for help, while the plumber was still repairing the hot water leak.
This hot water leak was only discovered when we were relocating a travel bag we had stored in the closet next to the Master Bath.

Nevada Water and Fire Restoration did an excellent job of taking care of water damage which happened on Thanksgiving Day. Our water heater burst and flooded our newly remodeled daylight basement.
