Nate Buys Land, LLC ( NateBuysLand.com) is a small group of Michigan land investors that initially the primary purpose of the company was to buy large tracts of land near or inside many of the major cities in Michigan for developing purposes. As time went on, other sellers through the grape vine knew that we bought land, and here we are. We buy land in all 80+ counties of Michigan and of any size. We provide realistic solutions at a fair price for the more troublesome pieces like landlocked and the ones that are deemed unbuildable for many reasons. Because we have experties in developing, planning and understanding the different rules that are using found in many local zoning ordinances, we are able to buy many trick pieces of land that sellers couldn't sell in the past at a fair price. The builk of the land we buy though, the pieces of land are fine and we pay a fair price which allows you to get away from the lengthy time it would take to list with a realtor and then play the waiting game of many months. We try our best to work with anyone wanting to sell their land and we try and buy all the land if it helps you solve a problem whether it's convenience or you've had a headache with it for quite sometime. Even if the land doesn't make sense for us, we will still buy many of the pieces if the price makes sense and isn't to close to "proven" retail. We can't buy it 1 acre for 5k and then take the time to research, take pictures, clean it up or improve it, just to relist with a realtor, pay her commissions and take a loss. So we don't pay "retail". but we are fair. Very Fair. We do have a buy and hold strategy on many of the smaller pieces of land that we acquire.
