This agent, Michual was very knowledgable with my current software. He took me through every step until I got it right. I wish I hag a direct line to him. His english was clear, and he made everything easy. He was great. I called 2 other agents today and they both was terreble. Both I could'nt understand thier english very well. They both had loud noise in the background. The sencond call was a female, and she just stop responding, so I hung up the phone. The first guy had to much noise in the background and could'nt here him. This last call was great. I was going to cancel my membership, but he made me change my mind. Thanks.
