I would also like to emphasize the importance of hiring more Spanish-speaking representatives. The current team works very hard, but there is clearly a high demand for support in Spanish. Exceptional service. I don’t know anyone in this industry who offers just level of transparency and integrity. I had to sign up for 3 accounts - people in my family and needed those reports. An analyst worked tirelessly to make sure the refund goes through just in response to an email. Outstanding customer service and I will always be using them.
