I had a bad experience this morning with the first CSR until I hung up and called back and spoke with Katrina. She was sooo helpful,very knowledgeable,patient.and caring! Definitely keep her! We need more people like her

The agent not only gave me peace of mind, but he was confident in getting the job done securing my account going above and beyond to make me feel apart of the task getting done he was dedicated. He showed resolve and instilled a piece of confidence by getting me back on track.
