I'm just glad that I was able to speak to a customer service rep. Which her name is Samara Williams . She was absolutely amazing in the whole process of me. Getting what I need fixed out with this website. Previously in The Pass hi, what speak with someone and have a issue with the language barrier with Ms. Williams. I did not have that issue.
