Hello I was helped by Trixie and she was very helpful on assisting me . Also updated me on my account knowledge . Even when the call had dropped and we lost connection she was able to give me a call back and went above and beyond when I thought she might have hung up like other employees would have.
The lady that helped me was understanding and helped me to the end of my problems
Rushba was very helpful with processing a refund due to me being over charged multiple times. She was prompt and very apologetic for the mistake.
