Nikhil was very helpful and patient. He did not rush me when I did not understand what was being said or where to go in the app. He was truly kind and I appreciate him for that. Thank you for all your help.

Customer service was perfect!!
The person who I spoke with on the phone was incredibly helpful and patient with me. I called already frustrated with the site and my overall experience but his direction and gently tone really turned the whole experience around for me! I wish more customer service reps were like this! The world would be a much nicer place! :) - one tired mom
