Hello I was helped by Trixie and she was very helpful on assisting me . Also updated me on my account knowledge . Even when the call had dropped and we lost connection she was able to give me a call back and went above and beyond when I thought she might have hung up like other employees would have.
The lady that helped me was understanding and helped me to the end of my problems

I had a great customer service experience. The agents are very kind helpful and understanding. I thought my issue was going to be complicated to fix but these agents made it feel like cake walk (minor issue) Abrar was helpful and he made sure to explain in great details when answering my questions.
