I had an issue with the link provided by the affiliate crossing with her sponsor's link and being charged for his promo code and not the affiliate link I actually thought I had signed up for. It was 8:58 pm EST and we called hoping we could reach a myfreescorenow rep to correct this issue Kim and I so I could get Kim's credit repair assistance properly. We had a wonderful 3-way call with Kat from myfreescorenow. She processed the refund, placed my account under my direct myfreecreditnow Affiliate rep Kim Conners with Birth A Nation, and accredited my sign-up to Kim as it should have been. Kat even came in to work early the next day to ensure that she followed up with me, make sure Kim and I had access to my account, and reassured me that my refund was being processed! Please read.... Ive spoken to several agents with client 3B report not reporting on Equifax after several months of service and each agent informed me to have client call Equifax to have equifax update file. Then I should be able to pull another report. Well Ive done this several times and not successful. Today I called once again but MS KAT was able to fix the issue within minutes. I dont know her title but she should be a trainer because she knew how to fix my issue without putting me on an extended hold while waiting for a supervisor to assist her.
