My experience was great. My agent went above and beyond for me working a problem out which I didn't know if it could happen. Got on it immediately and got it figured out. I appreciate the time and effort taking to work out my problem and receive even more than thought.

Thank you to Sharon who made today’s call seamless and easy. She helped me refresh my report since I was not given the option from my side. For some reason my account does not refresh or allow me to refresh it automatically after the 30 day period. I noticed I have to call and ask for a manual refresh from MFSN. Fingers crossed this is patched soon 🙏🏽
