My Lucy has a torn ACL. I thought I would try a brace instead of surgery. My Vet recommended, My Pets Brace, . I made the appt and they made a cast so it would fit her just right. I was really happy to see the care and attention they gave Lucy. It took about 1 1/2 weeks for the brace to arrive, since it was custom made The Braces come in various colors, so I chose Red to match Lucy’s Collar😃 It took Lucy a few days to get use to it. I had the option of going to the office when the Brace came in, but I opted to put it on her at home (since I live 1 1/2 hrs from the office). But I did take pictures and sent them to. Jill at the office to make sure I had it on correctly. She got back to me that afternoon with a phone call and made a few suggestions. I was really pleased with her response. Lucy has been wearing her brace for about a month now and she can run and play...

My Pet Brace was such a great experience the staff was amazing with our little guy that tore his ACL. So happy there is an alternative to surgery. From the first phone call, the girls in Tom's River NJ were friendly, helpful, happy, absolutely love their job. They encouraged us to call with any questions we have. They called us to check on our dog and discuss the video we sent them of the brace on our dog to assure he was wearing it properly.
One month in his brace and he has adjusted beautifully. He wears it all day and we take it off when he goes to bed.

I took my 8 year old Danebull to My Pet's Brace because she has been having knee problems and I want to avoid her having surgery. They were so good with her and were able to get her in and out in about 15 minutes for her molding. A couple weeks later, we got her brace and she has been running up a storm with it on. Watching the videos and learning about proper care are helpful.

Thank you to my pets brace for creating a custom brace for my baby Mia. She tore her CCL and has been doing physical therapy to help but also wanted to give her something that will give her more support when she’s in the yard or mini walks. She feels more confident walking around with her brace now.

Jill and Karine, hope i got spelling correct was the best, they helped me get my big Boxer Ollie out of and in my car. They were so nice and great the job. The folks at My Pet's Brace were extraordinarily helpful and professional. They helped settle my old doggo down and get him cast for a custom brace, and then have been available at every turn for advice and guidance. I can't recommend them strongly enough. And the device is worth the cost for a senior dog who was not a candidate for surgery. We have not a single regret - you won't have any either.

Our experience was awesome. Both Jill and Kerin were both professional, accommodating and very thorough. They also shared their sense of humor with us which we needed after driving 4 plus hours to get there.
They treated our Nova girl with loving care and took the time with us to make sure we knew how to put the brace on and that if we had any questions to contact them. They gave us confidence that this would work as long as we were consistent and followed the treatment plan. “Slow and steady wins the race.”

Jill and Corinne are so knowledgeable and experienced, they eased my fears and concerns and helped my pet learn to walk again.

I had a wonderful experience with Jill. Unfortunately Bailey is a chewer even with Bitter Apple spray and 2 straps needed to be replaced. I asked if I could repair the straps and not send them back and forth so often. Jill sent me Velcro and I successfully repaired a few days ago. Bailey doesn’t always put his entire weight on that leg but I think we are making progress. Thanks again for an option to surgery.

I had a great experience at My Pet’s Brace. My dog is very hyper and the staff was great with holding him down to cast him for his carpal brace. We got him the camo pattern so he could look cool. Highly recommend them
