We had a really great experience here. Jill was genuinely kind and organized, they even reserved a time block for us and had a welcoming sign ready, which meant a lot on a stressful day. We’re in the “next step” phase of recovery after surgery.. a custom ankle brace fitted, and their referral/help coordinating this has been exactly what we needed. Professional, compassionate, & efficient. Highly recommend!

Had such a wonderful experience at My Pets Brace (Tom’s River NJ location)! Our 13 year old Beagle, Obi, tore his CCL and meniscus and we’re not only grateful to our vet for suggesting My Pets Brace for a custom knee brace rather than surgery, but we’re incredibly grateful with the care and attention we received from Jill at My Pets Brace. From making the appointment, to fitting Obi for the custom brace (thank you especially for helping us keep him calm when he had 0 interest in the fitting) to answering questions once we had the brace in hand and checking our pictures to ensure we’re placing it on correctly … we couldn’t be more happy with the experience. Obi is doing so well with his recovery and wears his brace morning to night daily now. The instructions that came with the brace were clear, easy to read, and detailed so I know exactly how to place it on. Pro tip, a peanut butter...

The timing has been a bit challenging and not able to focus solely on Molly...The weather has been friendly as well...when she does have her brace on she does pretty well when she walks with a little leash nuge to not hop like a bunny...she does argue when she knows I am coming to put it on but she surrenders....It's us that have not been consistent with life issues, weather, holidays and running around so we r a work in progress.

My pets brace was amazing. My dog, Minerva, tore her ACL and really lost almost all locomotion, but with her new brace, she is back on her feet, gaining confidence and is healing and enjoying her life.

Lyla loves her brace! This has made her CCL tear recovery so much more manageable for her. Her brace makes her confident and comfortable. Also, she loved all of the office staff so much.

My Pets Brace was absolutely fantastic to work with! From the scheduling, to the physical appointment, and help trouble shooting some sores that developed under the brace the team was excellent! They got us in quick when my dog had an emergency surgery that required a brace for immobilization immediately post op. They provided extra padding and adjustments for areas that were sensitive post surgery. She’s been in the brace for a month so far and we have no complaints! 10/10 recommend!! Mina says thank you!

Nancy and the staff at My Pet Brace were really helpful and kind to our dog throughout the process. She has only been wearing the brace for a month so I can’t yet speak to whether it’s a success, but she is definitely using the injured leg more with the brace on. Wish we lived closer to the office so we could pop in for advice/adjustments.

I have a long history with My Pet's Brace but this was my first time at the Toms River location. They're wonderful, caring, and so helpful. My Pet's Brace is the best option to when your dog faces a knee injury but they do so much more. Please consider them first for any pet orthotic needs. They're simply the best

Great staff! They had lots of patience with my puppy!

Sharing our experience is easy. The two women who helped us with our Augie were kind and professional.
They knew exactly what they were doing and explained everything to us every step of the way.
We went back when the brace was ready and again extremely helpful to get the correct fit for Augie, making adjustments right then and there.
We have to go back for a recheck in a few months and we go with interest to see how Augie is doing and for adjustments if needed.
My husband and I highly recommend My Pets Brace 100%.

Both mine and my pets experience to My Pets Brace was quick and very satisfying. The process was straightforward and stress-free. I can’t recall the women’s name but you could tell that it’s not only her career but her passion as well.

Fantastic I would say they are the upmost, friendly, caring, and thorough as you could possibly be . That goes for the whole staff. They double double check EVERYTHING to make sure the dog is OK. You can tell that they love the dogs , and my dog loves them. I wouldn’t recommend any other place if you have any trouble, they help you Anyway they can I think they go above and beyond you have two dogs I called them angels for them dogs

Amazing staff ,great product this is my second brace my dog tore both her ACLs the cost $16,000 and risk for surgery was not an option these braces allowed my baby to thrive.

When our nearly 13 year old puppy tore his (second) CCL, we were devastated thinking about putting him through surgery again at his age. Our vet recommended My Pet’s Brace for a custom-made brace.
