We worked with Nancy and she was thorough, patient, knowledgeable and seemed genuinely concerned for our dog. I had a lot of questions and she didn’t seem annoyed by my calls (and follow up calls). I can’t thank her enough for that. They were able to expedite the make of our brace due to the injuries my dog has incurred. I thank Clayton and his team for making the brace. Personnel are friendly. experienced and cover all my questions. The brace arrived on time and is engineered to be mistake proof. AMAZING experience. We brought my black lab here when she was around 8-9 years old. She had torn her CCL and was barely putting weight on her leg. Our vet was very honest and told us surgery would be expensive, and may not even work since our girl is very active and could re injure herself while in recovery. He recommended My Pets Brace to us. We live in Brooklyn, NY, so we took the ride out. The staff were all so nice and helpful. When the straps wore out, they sent us new ones for free, and the brace held up very well throughout her usage. Our dog, Brooke, wore her brace for around 8-12 months. Our dog ruptured his left rear cruciate ligament and the vet determined he wasn’t a good candidate for surgery. He was having a hard time getting around only using 3 legs. We began our search for options to help him have the best outcome possible. Luckily we found My Pet’s Brace. The reviews of other’s were all positive so we decided to give it a shot.
