We had an absolutely fantastic buying experience with Kim! Friendly, diligent, communicative and goes way beyond expectations.

After a short conversation about the kind of houses we were looking for, areas we wanted to live in (and most importantly, WHY we wanted to live in those areas), Kim did a lot of prep work before we met. She provided us with a binder full of potential properties that met our criteria. Based on our preferences, she went out and found several areas we didn’t even know about.
