Kimmy from RE/MAX Grand Forks, was absolutely the best choice for our home sale and move. We relocated and moved to be closer for my employment and family. We were able to find our own buyer(s) for our old house, but needed assistance with the purchase agreement and required documentation that goes along with the purchase and state laws. I choose Kimmy, because she came highly recommended from another trusted real estate agent. I trust my RE agent without a doubt, and if she recommended Kimmy, then I trusted her. Kim was awesome. She was very professional, she always kept me up to date when buyers would be coming by to look at the house. I got several offers within 3 days and accepted an offer within 5. I would definitely work with her again if I moved back to Grand Forks.

Anytime that someone must deal with the opinions of several people in the sale, it is more time consuming.

Unfortunately due to the loss of our dad, my sisters and I had to sell his house. My oldest sister, Dawn, had reached out to Kim and her team with the house information and Kim set up a meeting with the 3 of us..
