David Zasloff and everyone at Mulholland Brand, including Ryan and Jubilee, were great to work with every step of the way. With all of the COVID-related delays we have all been experiencing, I was pleasantly shocked that Mulholland was able to complete my project from start to finish in a matter of weeks! This was particularly important to me because my parents were coming to visit, and Mulholland understood this and met that goal!
Ryan was very helpful over the phone from the beginning in understanding the type of aluminum gate I was looking for and scheduling the appointments. I had been dealing with a heavy wooden gate from a separate contractor that started to warp and sag within only one year. I had my gate installed a year ago. I am doing this review today because I have had 2 small issues with the side gate and now my rolling gate. Both minor but what I want to say is that both times, they were quick to get to my house and take care of the issues properly. Today the repair man was Harout and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. UPDATE - The owner of Mulholland reached out after seeing my review. I appreciate that he was willing to discuss what happened and made an effort to make it right. For this reason, I’m changing my rating.

We would not recommend this company. If you have any issues with your project don’t expect Mulholland to resolve them fairly.

We were due a refund and it took two months for Mulholland to issue the credit. They kept promising the refund would happen but it never did. We were issued a credit after we threatened to go to social media and file a complaint to the BBB. When we finally got our refund, they shorted us on the full amount (despite the CEO previously approving the amount in full).

We had a pergola designed and installed. They were great to work with and the installers were neat and efficient - George, Lepe, and Romero. There was one issue in that we asked for a specific design element and only after it was all in did we realize it had not been constructed with it.
