So long story short, salespeople were great! Installation took three trips for two gates and three diff guys each time. Side gate is now hard to open and hard to close which I mentioned to installer at the time of installation who informed me it would get better with use. NO, worse. Had these very expensive gates for 17 months and was told that someone could look at it for $350. If it’s a small issue , no charge but if it needs replacement parts additional charge. Sooooo disappointed. They look fab and received many compliments BUT warranty sucks!
