The Project Manager Mosha was very professional. He was very understanding to my mother in law's needs, beeing an old woman living by herself, and also gave great suggestions to improve the house's overall security. It felt like he realy cares for her safety .

I can’t recommend Mulholland Security enough. Even a year later after we’re still loving our new gate & door from them, I called to fix something & they not only picked right up (after hours!) for me, but had someone there the first thing next morning to help me fix my problem. The problem was not due to them it was due to a shifting in the land. Avi the owner takes such pride in his work & their craftsmanship is superior to anything else I’ve seen. I love the fact that their specialties are fencing and gates because they have a clear focus. The work they completed for me still looks amazing! Thanks to Avi, the “surprise” wood that was used, feels and looks beautiful, special just for my home (definitely thick wood and great metal). The responsiveness of Ran, the project manager, was always consistent and very much appreciated. As I requested a few things during and after the project was completed, Ran was very personable and patient with me (even though I’m sure I got on his nerves).

OUTSTANDING!!!! Thank for creating the gates to match our existing farmouse fence! They are absolutely beautiful and you cannot tell the wood fence from metal gates...thats how good they are!! Mulholland is second to none, their customer service, pricing, quality and timing are all very important factors when choosing a company to complete any project and we are beyond blown away with each of these factors that Mulholland provided to us. I also want to give a special shout out to Ran, he was on top of this job begining to end and made sure everything was done on budget and on time...well, he actually completed the install before the time that was quoted. My husband and I were more than happy with Mulholland Security Gates. The design, fabrication and installation exceeded our expectations. The gate design I wanted was a little different than what I had seen. I was unsure whether Avi understood exactly what I wanted. Well, he certainly delivered beautiful gates. Installation with Ran was also 5 Star. After laying the tract for the driveway, I asked them to bring it back further to the road....which meant an additional day and labor. Not a problem and no extra charge!
So yes, we highly recommend this well run and customer friendly company.

I’ve been a Mulholland Security customer since 1996. Recently I needed a new front gate on my property. Avi came out the next day to measure and custom-ordered a gate to my specifications. My wife and I were looking to replace the giant iron swinging double door keyed driveway gate at our house. We wanted a motorized remote control sliding door and were also looking to remove the concrete slab from our back yard so we could put in some gravel and landscaping. It’s a big job for which we received a few quotes.

Everyone at Mulholland Security is very personable and they gave us a fair price. We worked out the details of our project with Avi, and he set us up with Ran– our project manager. Both Avi & Ran were very much available for fielding our questions and concerns. The whole process including major concrete removal took less than a week, including a couple of days of rain. Other companies told us 2 to 3 weeks for the gate alone.

When I found out that the wood pedestrian gate that I wanted would be out of my budget, I decided to keep the metal gate I had. Mulholland did a fantastic job of securing the old brackets and sealing them to the concrete wall I had to make it all look and perform like new.

After I save up my allowance, I'll be calling them back to upgrade!

These people are miracle workers! We had someone plow through our front gate and destroy it completely on a Saturday. Our child’s birthday party was the next Saturday. Ran showed up on Sunday to provide an estimate. Concrete was poured. Wood was cut. Finishes were painted on. A new motor was installed and finally the numbers were put back up. This was all done by Thursday! I can’t say enough good things about Mulholland. I didn’t believe it was possible but they did it! They alerted me as to the process and when workers would be there and made sure I was happy in the end. The workers were polite and helpful with things outside their scope. I was touched by their care and ability to follow through on the near impossible. I can’t say enough good things about every person I encountered on their team. I wish this were my experience with every contractor!
