Very friendly, reliable, did a good job! Only issue was poor communication!!! Was quoted an estimate on the phone, I explained what I wanted that the focus of the cleaning was the basement. THAT WAS THE FOCUSED AREA!!! I was told it would take approximately 3 hours to do a deep clean on an Empty house. Approximately 2 1/2 hours I received a text that they were done. My husband went down to meet them and look at the work. He said that it smelled clean . And that the workers said that it was not that bad only dusty. He asked about the focused area. THEY FORGOT TO DO IT! It took the 3 of them approximately 25 minutes to clean the 2 Empty rooms. The next day when I received the invoice it was over 200 dollars over my estimate!!!! After many phone calls they did take off the Extra 2 hours that they charged!?!?
They did a good job, but lacked good communication skills.

I had Rosie come this time for the first time. I did a walk through with her to let her know the layout of my small apartment and which areas to use my products. She was very careful and checked with me where she can use the products she brought with her. She was very pleasant when she walked in and did a nice job. Thank you Rosie. Mrs. Clean is a professional cleaning service and their workers do a
top-of-the-line job. I feel that the cost is reasonable. Don’t let the initial 1st time cleaning cost (to get your home totally clean) scare you, because after that the monthly or bi-monthly cost to keep it clean is quite fair. They are reliable and flexible with time schedules. I like the 2 girls that I have that come to my home on a monthly basis. Also ….IF there is any problem, it is easily resolved quickly. I would recommend Mrs. Clean to anyone.

This cleaning service is phenomenal. Erin, Sydney and Carmen did a deep clean (I can't even remember when the last deep clean was done) and they were amazing. The house is spotless and a thing of beauty. We are going to have weekly cleaning by Mrs. Clean and feel delighted to have have that service. Erin, Domenica and Monika just left my house after a 3 1/2 hour deep cleaning. I'm not sure which is sparkling more, my floors and counters and sinks or my smile. I can't wait for their next visit. Hard-working and super friendly. The best gift my daughters could give me.

The process of setting up and scheduling appointment for cleaning was quick and accommodating. Cleaning was completed as requested and we are very happy with Mrs.Clean Pittsburgh’s service.

Maggie arrived in a timely fashion. I was surprised that she was alone as I was expecting a team for the deep cleaning, but she dove right in and worked very diligently until she was finished. I was happy with the results.

I have continued to use her for bi-weekly cleanings of the bathrooms and kitchen and am always pleased with the results.

I would definitely recommend her and the company.
