Caitlin was great! She was friendly and thorough! It was nice to step back and really be able to see a difference.

We've had 5 different folks out so far, and Caitlyn and Timberly have been the most consistent. We've had a few misses, but no complaints this time around. It would be really great if we could have the same person to be able to build a good rapport and relationship with them over time. But if you can make a request, ask for Caitlin.
