Wow! This whole company is impressive! From the people who work in the office (giving quotations and collecting payments) to the cleaners themselves, to the clear, professional website, I was bowled over! Everyone was pleasant, compassionate, professional, clear, hard-working and just darn good at their job. I engaged MOPPS for a move-in cleaning, and boy oh boy, did the place need it!! When I left Sissy and Maddie in the morning I was cringing about the dirt and not too excited about moving in. When I got back in the evening, I was thrilled! The MOPPS team (Tabitha & Kylee) who cleaned my home were total ROCK STARS!!! They left my home sparkling -- it hasn't been this clean since I moved in! These ladies were so polite and hard-working, and they tackled all the usual cleaning chores (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen, bathrooms, etc.) PLUS those areas that I typically don't even think to clean (or don't bother to clean), like windowsills, shutters, ceiling fans, and under the couch. I originally was only planning on having MOPPS do a one-time cleaning, but I'm so thrilled with the results that I will be upgrading to monthly service. I recently used MOPPS for the first time and am as happy with their service as I could possibly be. The young ladies were professional and pleasant. Their work was astounding! I had the "Top to Bottom" Deluxe service, and they hit every spot! They worked hard and their work is reflected in our extremely clean home.
