We loved having Rebecca come clean our house! She did an excellent job and it was always so nice to look at my house when she was finished. I felt a lot of peace after she cleaned my house (I have a toddler and baby and even with that chaos she brought a lot of order!). She was lovely to talk to and very personable. I’ve had Mopps service for over 6 months now and I’m very pleased with the service. All the service people sent to my home are very nice and do a thorough job. In fact, they are all trained to clean in a certain way. You can trust your home will be spotless when they are done. My only criticism is that you get a different girl each time and that makes it hard to build any kind of relationship with the person in your home (this is for monthly cleaning service; it may be different if you schedule more frequently). I also believe the hourly rate is a little more expensive than what I paid for in the past ( I guess you get what you pay for) and I had the same service company for over 15 years and they only raised my price once. Rebecca and Cadence came today for our first clean. Holy Moly! I walked in to heaven. I told my husband it was like I just walked into a hotel it was so clean. We have 4 children and 2 dogs. The mess gives me so much anxiety as we both work full time. These girls made my weekend start just right. We are doing bi-weekly but just talked about moving up to weekly.
