Mopps responded to my request for a quote and information on their next available appointment within a couple hours of submission.
They gave me a specific range of prices for the different levels of initial cleaning and follow up options and were straight forward about what I was getting and for how much.
The employees that arrived at my house were courteous and efficient and were patient with my dog who would not stop barking at them from his crate. They left the house cleaner than it was when I first moved in and finished earlier than expected.
Because the cleaning didn't take as long as quoted, they lowered my final price from the original estimate which was a pleasant surprise. When the card I provided for payment had some issues, customer service was polite in informing me and prompt in helping me sort out the problem.

MOPPS did a move out clean for me that was phenomenal! After 8 years, two teen boys and a dog, I needed help! I didn’t have to spend the time cleaning which meant more time to concentrate on my move! This is my first experience with MOPPS. I have to say that I was very impressed. After a recent surgery, I was unable to prepare my house for guests. While I've used MOPPS before and been very pleased, this was my first Deep Clean. The 2 ladies took extra care & time to be sure that my home was thoroughly taken care of - baseboards, interior of ovens, lighting hand wiped, blinds dusted and then hand wiped... to say my home has never been so clean is not a stretch. This is a cleaning I need to use annually - Spring Cleaning - in addition to the regular cleanings. Well worth the money! Read more >
