Fence-A-Pet

Great experience. Fence was installed in about 2 hours and my dog seems to have already gotten the hang of it within 2 days.

All the guys that helped out were helpful and pleasant to work with.

We have had our electric fence for 9 years and Fence a Pet has been awesome. So easy with installation and a couple times they have had to come out to fix the line that was cut by landscapers. They are always so professional and responsive. I would highly recommend them.

I would like to retract my previous review. After my review posted the company reached out instantly and very apologetically. Tom was beyond flustered, as he prides himself on getting back to customers promptly. When I checked to see what number I had been messaging for the past 2 weeks with no response it was a land line. Tom has put me on the agenda for this afternoon and his prompt responsiveness is greatly appreciated. This is in fact a company that stands by their product and customer relations. Highly recommend.

Pet fence works great!

Our underground, electric pet fence was installed by Karl Mueller about 18 years ago. Today, as I sit here getting ready to order batteries, I am thrilled to say the fence works as well today as it did when installed. Karl did a great job installing the fence and an even better job teaching us how to acclimate our dog to the boundary system. Over so many years and two different dogs, my family and I have enjoyed countless days in the yard without worry of the dog getting off the property.

We heard good things about PetStop services for dogs. We have a 9 month old puppy and live on a busy street. I spoke to Karl on the phone -- he was helpful, knowledgeable, and talked me through the options. When it was time for installation, the team was great. It took about 2 hours, and after it was done, they did training with our dog. Karl came back a week later with his dog just to make sure things were going well and tested how well our pup was responding to the system. It was a very thorough and professional experience. Really well done.

After speaking to several different invisible fence companies back in 2016, I decided on Fence-A-Pet and have been extremely pleased ever since. Throughout the past several years any time I had a question, needed to tweak the programming specific to each of my dogs or the time one of them defied the odds (of course) and chewed the transmitter on his collar and destroyed it. We have 2 Texas healers and to say the least we could not get them to stay in the yard 8 ft fence they scaled it or dug under it we tried at home training they just liked to visit people . 2 years ago we had Carl and crew from pembroke fence a pet install an underground wire and collars for the dogs it was life changing for us !!!! Cant say enough about the job they did !!! All that said we just experienced an issue with dogs getting through the ele fence a quick conversation. With Carl got some fresh new batteries he spent the time and walked me through resetting the system and bogs are back to staying on the right side of the fence .
