Tom and Ashley were super responsive and knowledgeable about installing and training related to an electric fence. They gave us lots of tips for our very anxious new rescue.

Ashley and Tom are amazing to work with. I moved to a new home last month and put up a composite slatted fence and unfortunately it had flexibility and my dogs were able to squeeze through it. I was hesitant to put up and electric fence, but after talking to Ashley I was sold. Her vet tech experience and owning dogs of her own gave me a comfort level no other company could match. I would highly recommend them. Personable, professional, reliable, great follow-up and price. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and now my dogs are safe.

We’ve had our fence for a couple weeks now and it’s been great! I honestly didn’t think it would work with our two wanderers, especially our husky who takes any chance he gets to run off. Now they won’t go near the flags, even when favorite neighbors with treats or their dog friends walk by!

Recently had an electric fense installed, so happy we chose to use them!! They are so nice, super responsive(at any hour of the day) and so knowledgeable. Our 96lb butter bandit of a dog can be a bit of a pain and it didn’t phase them at all. Even after the install they checked in to see how everything was going and provided so much support. We would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of getting a fence:)

Couldn’t be happier. Scheduling and installation of our dog fence was a breeze and the training and follow-ups really showed that they cared about the quality of the service they provide. We had a fabulous experience! Both husband and wife are incredibly understanding to our specific needs between the flow of the day and the dogs personalities and needs. Tom and Ashley make a great team. They are patient, knowledgeable and flexible. We utilized their services years ago when Carl was in ownership. They have really done an amazing job in continuing a high quality service and product. I feel an enormous peace of mind now that our dogs can roam our yard more freely without venturing or following wild life when they aren’t supposed to. The installation was quick, affordable and a low impact on our landscaping - you can’t even tell it’s there! The training process was so simple, Ashley really spent the time to make sure they understood it and followed up multiple times to make sure everything worked out. In the past when we’ve had a service call or interruption with our fence they were quick to come out and repair it or assist with any issues with the collar. Thank you both so much for all of your help!

Great service. Have uses them for over 12 years with 4 big dogs (shepherd, pointer, shepherd mix and lab mix). Very response and service oriented. Highly recommended.

Tom and Ashley are friendly and easy to work with. The installation was completed on time and professionally. The training of the dogs went very well and they were off leash ahead of schedule. The best part is that there are training sessions built in to help your dog be successful. My dog is so happy to have free rein of our yard and I don’t worry anymore at all about her safety. I would highly recommend this company. Their service was professional from start to finish. The training of our dogs was attentive and personalized, and the follow up was also outstanding. The system has vastly improved the lives of our dogs and their owners! Our slightly overweight dog is now slim because he has a freedom to romp in the backyard without any worry of escape. Even a turkey walking by wasn’t enough to entice him to ‘ jump the fence ‘. Highly recommend!

Fence-A-Pet is such a great company! We have been using them for years but just moved back to our main house for the winter and needed to have the fence installed again. We did some yard work and the fence was ruined in the process. I called Tom and he was here the next day to discuss placement of the new fence. Within a couple of days, the new fence was installed and he started training our dogs. Our older 7 year old lab, Kenzie, remembered the RED FLAGS 🚩instantly and didn’t really need full training and just walked around with her. Our new 9 month old lab, Daisy, caught on quickly and did very well and has not escaped as of yet! Ashley also came by with their dogs and trained both dogs again! Very impressed with their prompt service and dedication to training our pups! Kept in touch after as well to make sure pups were doing well! Highly recommend Fence-A-Pet!!

I’ve had the system installed for 6 years and Tom has been amazing. It works so well I’ve only needed him a couple of times since and he assists right away, first remotely over the phone then in person as needed. He’s a pleasure to work with, and when I cut my line by accident digging in the yard, he came out right away to fix. Im so glad I went with Tom and Pet Stop.

We are so so happy with Fence A Pet. Our dog Penny has so much more freedom now that she can safely be off leash in our yard. She loves it (and so do we!)
