Tom and Ashley did everything as promised. It was a very easy process with lots of follow up. My GSD was all trained in less than 10 minutes. It frees him up to wander the entire yard and be with us. It is a very worth while service!

We are so pleased with our new Fence-A-Pet our dog is so happy also, the installation went off without a hitch. Our one year old puppy took to the Fence very quickly, He's so happy to have the freedom to run around the yard now. Ashley was super responsive and helpful in troubleshooting my pup’s new collar receiver. After figuring out there was an issue with the fence, Tom came out and quickly fixed the problem. Our fence is working again and our pup is safe!

If I could give them 100 stars I would. When I first saw the price I was apprehensive but my dogs deserve freedom, so, from all the places I called for pricing they were about average. We got our fence recently and it has worked GREAT for our Golden Retriever. He can run in and out of the house without us having chasing him around. I don't own an invisible dog fence, but I do have a robotic mower that relies on the same underground, low-voltage wire to work its magic. Tom came and installed our invisible fence approx. 3 Years ago and did an exceptional job. Today I was aerating my lawn and had my tines adjusted incorrectly which led to me breaking the underground invisible fence low voltage wire. I called them and within 20 minutes Tom arrived and was in and out within 30 mins with the entire system fixed and operating properly. I can’t say enough great things about them - they backup their products and provide amazing service in a timely fashion. I don’t know how much more I can expect from an invisible fence company. Use them, highly recommended by us and our family! A++++++

Tom and his wife Ashley were amazing to work with, the system installation was seamless and the training sessions for our 100lb german shepherd were tailored to his needs. I am the owner of a young Beagle who is obsessed with chasing squirrels and who was easily climbing a 5 foot chain link fence to get out of the yard. I was at my wit's end when a friend recommended Fence-A-Pet electric fence to contain her. I was unsure about using this method but I met with Tom who reassured me about the safety and efficacy of this method and so I had the fence installed. I can't believe how quickly my dog learned her new boundaries! Tom started the training and told me everything I needed to know and gave me a helpful training handout. My dog has learned where she can safely go and has not come close to getting to the chain link fence. Ashley came over a week later to assess how my dog was doing and was very pleased with the results. Ashley and Tom, owners of Fence-A-Pet, have provided many years of excellent service, from installation to on site training, complete with frequent follow ups to make sure everything is operating correctly. Over the course of about 14-15 years now, they have successfully trained 4 different Golden Retrievers on the same fencing system. Some of our dogs were pups and some were much older when they were trained. Today the weather was rainy, cold and windy and I didn't particularly want to go out on a long leash walk (we did walk around the block!) and it was a godsend to be able to have Nellie Mae amuse herself outside without having to worry about her wandering off. I give Ashley and Tom 5 Stars from their prompt responses to texts or phone calls. They provide highly professional service but in a personal, friendly fashion. Tom is always available to come over to make quick repairs...

My 12 week old puppy was trained very quick and now stays and plays with the kids within the boundaries of our yard. We had an electric fence installed for our French bull dog puppy who loved to escape the yard. Within a few days she was staying within the flagged area and could be outside off leash without running off. Tom and Ashley were wonderful to work with, very responsive and helpful!
