I would highly recommend this company. Their service was professional from start to finish. The training of our dogs was attentive and personalized, and the follow up was also outstanding. The system has vastly improved the lives of our dogs and their owners! Our slightly overweight dog is now slim because he has a freedom to romp in the backyard without any worry of escape. Even a turkey walking by wasn’t enough to entice him to ‘ jump the fence ‘. Highly recommend!

Fence-A-Pet is such a great company! We have been using them for years but just moved back to our main house for the winter and needed to have the fence installed again. We did some yard work and the fence was ruined in the process. I called Tom and he was here the next day to discuss placement of the new fence. Within a couple of days, the new fence was installed and he started training our dogs. Our older 7 year old lab, Kenzie, remembered the RED FLAGS 🚩instantly and didn’t really need full training and just walked around with her. Our new 9 month old lab, Daisy, caught on quickly and did very well and has not escaped as of yet! Ashley also came by with their dogs and trained both dogs again! Very impressed with their prompt service and dedication to training our pups! Kept in touch after as well to make sure pups were doing well! Highly recommend Fence-A-Pet!!

I’ve had the system installed for 6 years and Tom has been amazing. It works so well I’ve only needed him a couple of times since and he assists right away, first remotely over the phone then in person as needed. He’s a pleasure to work with, and when I cut my line by accident digging in the yard, he came out right away to fix. Im so glad I went with Tom and Pet Stop.

We are so so happy with Fence A Pet. Our dog Penny has so much more freedom now that she can safely be off leash in our yard. She loves it (and so do we!) Ashley and Tom work with you closely during the training process and were always available for questions. We would recommend them to anyone with a dog!

Tom & Ashley were so great to work with! What struck me was the phone call after my online inquiry. Being a small business owner myself, I tend to utilize email communication more than I’d like to admit. But, Ashley called and took her time with me on the phone while explaining every detail and step to get us to our goal of having a happy dog running free throughout our yard, while keeping our minds at ease that she was safe. Tom’s installation was quick, thorough, and clean as if you’d never know he was there! Ashley’s training and communication throughout was unbelievable. I had to text her a few times with questions and she was always super helpful. I found Tom & Ashley’s business through a Google search and the reviews are what drew me in and I’m happy to say I can now see why!!

We had Fence-A-Pet install an invisible fence for our dog, and the whole experience was wonderful. From the very beginning, the customer service was excellent — friendly, patient, and willing to explain everything in detail. The follow-up was just as great; they didn’t just install it and leave, they checked in to make sure we were comfortable with the system and that our dog was adjusting well. What really stood out is how much they truly care about your pet. It never felt like just a job to them — they genuinely wanted our dog to be safe, happy, and comfortable. Now we have peace of mind, and our dog has the freedom to enjoy the yard safely. I can’t recommend them enough!

In less than a few weeks from my original inquiry, our fence is already installed, the boys are trained (we have 2 labs), and they are back enjoying their yard!

It was an INCREDIBLE experience from start to finish. Ashley and Tom (the owners) walked us through every step of the way… super professional, great follow through, amazing product, and just all around lovely humans. I swear, it is affordable (way less than I had been told through other companies), yet the service is far superior. We had the best experience with Ashley & Tom!! The whole experience was seamless, from scheduling the installation date to the follow-up trainings. Both Ashley and Tom are super knowledgeable on training pups to respond well to the electric fence and how to best support your dog throughout the first few weeks. My four year old golden retriever was trained on the fence in only a few days and now can freely enjoy our backyard. It’a given me such peace of mind! It’s also comforting knowing that Ashley and Tom are available for any product support, questions, additional trainings, or tech support should we need it! They’re both thorough, so kind, and were a pleasure to work with! I can’t recommend them enough!!

I has a pet stop fence 20+ years ago & I just upgraded to the new pet stop device for my 2 dogs.

Tom & Ashley are Amazing. Tom was at my house at 8 am & done before 11.

Ashley then shows up in the afternoon for training. I have 2 dogs & Ashley did a great job in training.

One of my dogs has a ton of energy & I am always afraid he is going to see a bunny or squirrel & run into the street.

This has totally stopped both my dogs from leaving the yard, when they see something, they would usually chase

The Pet Stop APP also allows you train your dog with small corrections. It is already working on the jumping problem one of my dog has, when someone enters the house

Tom and Ashley were amazing. We’d used various training and gps collars with one of our dogs before without success and were convinced she wouldn’t respond to an electric fence. Despite Ashley and Tom’s confidence in the system, we were skeptical, but willing to give it a try because of their policy that you only pay if (when) your dog is fully trained on the fence - and in the unlikely event that is doesn’t work, they take their equipment back at no cost to you. We’re a couple weeks out from the install and completion of the training and our dogs have never been happier. I can confidently say it has improved the quality of all of our lives. 10/10 would recommend Tom and Ashley for your electric fence install.

I highly recommend Fence-A-Pet. We had our system installed 2 years ago and it has worked flawlessly ever since. The peace of mind the system provides is priceless. Our dog learned the boundaries right away and he knows exactly where they are. Too bad I don't. A couple of weeks ago I broke the wire doing yard work. I contacted the company through the website and asked for a repair. Ashley responded right away and Tom came over the same day. He fixed the wire and we are back up and running just in time for spring. Thank you Ashley and Tom and everyone at Fence-A-Pet.

Ashley and Tom were awesome. They came highly recommended from a friend and after comparing other companies, we decided to go with them. Great and fair service (not pushy like others). Tom does install and Ashley does training. It has been a game changer for our dog and large yard.

Tom and Ashley were so helpful and accommodating! I was really nervous as we live on a busy street. They took the time to walk me and our pup through everything. It is really amazing! I wish there was more than 5 Stars! This company is amazing. Messaged and got a response right away, answered all of our questions, set an appointment that worked for us and came and delivered and went above and beyond with a very fair price! It’s nice to see a company that cares!

I can gladly recommend this company without reservation. They are very professional, explaining all the steps and details prior to installation and spent the time to make sure the dog adapted to the fence after installation. You won’t go wrong working with them.

We just had our electric fence installed by Tom and Ashley and my husband and I are BLOWN away by their services. Tom installed our fence in less than 2 hours and did an amazing job. You can’t even tell where he laid the line. Our dog loves to play and socialize with other dogs and I couldn’t believe that after having the fence just under a week, he actually obeyed the boundaries in the yard. Ashley came over with her dog as the ultimate test and our dog crossed the line once, and then quickly understood that he can’t continue to do that. I can’t believe after just a week, he is off leash. I’m very happy with Fence A Pet. Incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind people! 100% recommended to anyone looking for an electric fence!

They explained everything very well, worked around my schedule and showed up and did exactly what they said they would do!
