Adriann Cueva needs to be promoted! He's great. Took care of all of my questions and concerns all via text and email in under 24-hours. He stayed late to wrap up my details and paperwork and his attention to detail shouldn't go unnoticed. In addition to all of the above, his personality is awesome! I'm sure he highly resonates with a lot of people. He seems like he'd be a huge sigh of relief to a lot of customers dealing with an already cumbersome process. Major kudos, man!

I would like to thank NOAH at MIS insurance, for being the best. I took awhile to get back to him but he didn’t give up on me, he made sure to keep calling until we had everything! Honestly I am so thankful for all his help!! Whenever I need anything I can just text him and even if he’s not at work at that moment he gets back to me right away and makes sure it’s handled when he goes back in. Ken from MIS LITERALLY saved my license!!! The DMV had threatened to suspend my license the following day because my previous insurance failed to submit my documents on time. I only had 20 minutes before the DMV closed to get my situation fixed. I called Ken and he got me set up with a policy just in time before it was suspended. He was an absolute LIFE SAVER!!!! I am so thankful to you Ken. Give him a raise!!!
