Orel is the one that helped me and he was really personable, patient, and made this overstimulating and stressful process much more easy and stress free!

I needed an sr-22 and called several companies. Got a lot of responses with sales guys selling me the unicorn solution. Not much help. Then I heard back from Orel at MIS, guy was professional, down to earth and listened to what my needs were. It took me a few weeks to get back with him but he didn’t pester me, he checked in but was not overbearing. When I finally determined to move forward he handled it all perfectly. I couldn’t be happier. Fair price, great service and would recommend to anyone looking for car insurance options. Thank you Orel!!!

So grateful to Josh for helping me get a policy and everything situated same day to get my DMV issues fixed! Took less than a half hour to get everything sorted and I was able to go to the DMV right after. When I first reached out, Orel called to follow up, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to speak with him (I'm sure he would've been great as well!) Reached out today, and Josh helped me out. MIS helped me when other insurance brokers wouldn't. Josh was friendly, super helpful, and provided great customer service. He even helped me get a better rate from the same company / policy I had gotten on my own just a few days prior. Best experience dealing with anything auto insurance related so far! Highly recommend, especially if you have complex situations. Thanks MIS & Josh!

I usually don’t write reviews, but I had to take a moment to share my experience because it was honestly that good. Rahel is amazing! I was getting crazy high quotes from other places just to insure one car with an SR-22. Rahel got me both of my cars insured plus the SR-22 for the same price others wanted for just one car!

She made everything super easy and explained everything clearly. You can tell she truly cares about helping people and not just making a sale.

I had a seamless process with MIS insurance. I had initially called back in Dec 2024 to look at rates, i was browsing at the time but I loved their customer service (Melissa) and kept their number in my list when I was looking for insurance. Fast forward to April 2025, I did loop back and call for another inquiry. Orel provided excellent service! Not only did he go above and beyond to ensure I get a cheaper quote, he also answered any questions and concerns I had upfront. I’m very happy with my experience with Orel and MIS Insurance and would highly recommend!
