Noah at MIS insurance services ALWAYS texts back right away, or calls me back right away. He is always on his A game, I’ve never had any issues with the company and he makes the experience so much better. I don’t think he has ever left me hanging, always comes up with a solution for all my needs. The staff overall is wonderful but Noah for sure knows the true meaning of good customer service.

Ken has always been very helpful and easy to reach. He has helped me find the best rates possible when other companies couldn't. I have a total of 3 automobiles he has helped find reasonable insurance for.
