Awesome customer service from Ken

I have been in hell getting my license back for years now because all the sites are vague or reroute me in different directions. I stumbled across MIS Insurance yesterday and Noah reached out to me through text after I missed his call and once I told him that text and email was a better source of communication, he worked with me through those means and got me set up overnight with an SR22 at an awesome rate! He also offered flexible payment options just in case but overall just a great and easy experience and I feel like Noah is a friend now instead of an agent. He didnt confuse me with jargon or try to upsell me on scary random things...just a cool dude who understands people like me. Dont let the website layout fool you (kinda sketch lol) because this company and its employees are freaking legit!

Kevin has a great attitude and was able to get me going with all that asked in 20 minutes. That's including the time I wasted explaining my one accident from forces of nature. Who knew you couldn't feel an earthquake on a motorcycle!!
