Just attended a monthly UT coaching session. My 3 biggest takeaway (1) with my intention set on growing myself, coming back to this environment helps tremendously with the trainer guiding me along instead me depending on just myself walking through the maze. (2) every session, I get new insights to learn new things about myself and grow more. (3) hidden emotions over the years yearning to break free, here I find the guidance to help me reach my next breakthrough

After this session, it has become so clear the hurts or wounds that have continually affected my life. And by clearly drawing it out, I get a chance to address them or heal and become even stronger . Taking out pebbles in my shoe makes me able to walk with more grace and a bounce in my step.

I love miracle life because the remedies are so accurate.

Past Experiences that left inside us and not being accepted fully creates negative energy that affect our daily life.
It looks like faith. Once I can clear it one by one, it can bring us to be better.

Being aware of the feelings less reaction instead a response due o freeing up space

In tonight training, I get to know what is the actual meaning of acceptance which is fully experienced it without resistance.
There are layers of emotions before I get to our deepest rooted one. The outer layer is always the one trying to protect me from getting the real feel n always jot down my feelings at the very moment as emotions do have a pattern. When I am able to identify it I will heal from it n be free!

Today session I learned not so easy to be vulnerable and when I’m more specific I can be able to resolved it

Tonight training is very powerful it's called wound matrix. I get deeper inside my layers of wound I realised something happened long long ago during my P level, it brought back my feeling of abandoned, unloved and unworthiness and all this while I thought it had been done and I am all good never to my expectation I felt soo sad and hurt and I realised this wound is still here with me till this day. I will fully experienced this feeling n let it flow through me n out of me. I will keep on working on myself and let it heal later by layer.

I break free from my long standing mental narrative. I can chase my dreams, and I feel more connected to the divine.

Through the zoom session, I gain insight that i can be proud to be myself, accepting myself as who I am right now. Great to have MiracleLife to support in my journey.

Insight from todays zoom session.. it goes very deep when one can see further why people get angry, blame people, feels difficult to breathe. And look at each of these and address it. Otherwise it will remain there or worsens.

The inner affects the outer and to process your feelings then u move away from negative emotions to a better one because you free up the space within then u can choose when similar situations arise

The monthly Zoom coaching sessions has helped me cleared a lot of my disempowered thoughts and feelings about myself, I am more aware of the stories I unconsciously still stored in my mind. How I have unknowingly scare myself out of fears of the unknown. With the tool that Miranda has designed, I feel I'm able to apply it in future when I realise I have procrastinated not doing things that can help empower me or things that are good for me. That will be able to help me move forward and get down to do the things I have to do instead of being held back by my fears and worries.

I love the guided processes combined with the deep knowledge and sharing to help me realize blocks in my life. I love to attend the Virtual CYM , it gives me an opportunity to hear the common issues that we all feel an tonite is no exception. Tonite was about what annoys me an what I hate about others. My take away for today's session is to continue to send
1)Blessings to the person that I don't like/hate an to myself 2)Acknowledge an Accept that I have the same traits in me...

I learnt that in order to mend the hurt in a relationship no matter who is it.
Is to be able to put down one's pride n forgive them from my heart doing self work is importamt as that someone in my life is here to trigger my wounds and I may be triggering his or her wounds
Once energy shift n self healing work is done somehow i can see things in a better light

I love the trainers sincerity in helping each and every participant to resolve our issues and hurts, they can do that because they Love each and every participant. In our training sessions, the participants share selflessly and only want the best for each one of us, this is what we called Act of Love because Love is Powerful! Thank you to this amazing team!!

Thank you miracle life. I went back to my childhood and restored myself and healed myself. It is like I will stop acting out of hurt. It is a new beginning, and a restored beginning.
